Villa Remi is a luxury villa located in the beautiful Radonja Bay, just 200 meters from the picturesque center of Sumartin on the island of Brač. This elegant and spacious villa perfectly depicts the pure hedonism of a summer vacation, an ideal choice for those seeking peace, privacy, and immediate proximity to the crystal clear sea.

The villa is spread over three floors and can accommodate 10 guests thanks to its five modernly decorated bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a kitchen and a toilet. One room is separated by its entrance and has a double bed, private bathroom, and kitchen.

On the first floor, there are four bedrooms Three bedrooms each have a private bathroom, TV, and air conditioning. One bedroom has two single beds and offers a beautiful sea view.

The third floor of the villa offers special luxury with a bar equipped with an ice maker, refrigerator, and dishwasher, and real entertainment is provided by a wine refrigerator and Android TV. An outdoor table with bar chairs and a spacious terrace with an awning, deck chairs, and a jacuzzi create a real relaxing zone, ideal for enjoying the panoramic view of the coast, the island of Hvar, and untouched nature.

The villa's outdoor area is lovely - a covered terrace with armchairs, sun loungers, and a barbecue allows you to enjoy the benefits of the Mediterranean. The harmony of earthy colors with the surroundings produces a balance of modern style with nature. Refresh yourself in the crystal clear saltwater pool, which, if necessary, has a heating option.

Villa Remi provides direct access to numerous beaches, and guests also have boat mooring and private parking. Despite the quiet and pleasant location, all essential amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. Sumartin is well connected to the mainland via a ferry that sails to Makarska several times a day, and thanks to Makarska's fast road connection to the motorway, you can reach the villa in just 40 minutes by car from Makarska.
