"Overall, the stay was comfortable. However, the floor in the room felt a bit sticky and could be cleaner. It would also be great if Netflix was available on the TV for guests. Providing complimentary drinking water in the room would further improve the experience. Other than that, everything was satisfactory."

"Check in process was quite slow and staff not really happy to help. The room was quite old and not maintained. Towels are not clean. The elevator is quite slow, so please plan your check out well. However. It's walking distance to Hextar world mall which convenient."

"The reception staff were helpful and polite. The room was spacious with a pantry, dining table and sufficient bathroom amenities. However, the pillow didn't feel clean or fresh and the room smelled of moth balls which reduced somewhat after a few days but did not completely go away. The location was a bit far for me and LDP can be quite jam especially at peak hours."
