Provencal villa with pool, exceptional view
- The house is designed for 6 people, it is a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation.<br>Very quiet villa on a plot of 2790 m2 in terraces, close to the village (about ten minutes walk), with a living area of 110 m2 on the first floor, a terrace on this level of 43 m2, a swimming pool of 9mx4m on the first floor, a bathroom (with shower, sink and toilet) and a room on this level with the equipment available to put around the pool (6 sunbeds, 4 with mattresses, 4 deckchair armchairs, garden furniture) and an exercise bike. Near the pool, a gazebo with a round table and 6 wrought iron chairs.<br>You can relax or enjoy the swimming pool, stroll through the narrow streets of Seillans, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, go to the Côte d'Azur and its beaches (45 min), visit the perfumeries of Grasse, the Roman amphitheater of Fréjus, enjoy the joys of the lake of St Cassien, visit the gorges of the Verdon.... A European gliding center is 10 minutes away (Fayence) as well as a golf course, an equestrian center and hiking trails.<br>You will be able to discover the hilltop villages, Provence with all its scents.<br>The house has a large living area: living room and living room with decorative fireplace, library, open kitchen with table and chairs, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, washing machine. This living room has patio doors to the terrace for dining with stunning views. It is a fully equipped family home. The terrace is equipped with two large blinds, a gas barbecue.<br>The entrance has a cloakroom and sink, separate toilet, and a "night" area with 3 bedrooms (bed 160x200, 2 beds 90x200, 2 beds 90x190), toilet, a shower room and a bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with silent air conditioning (air conditioning grills), a wardrobe and fitted cupboards. A free-standing air fan is located in the living room.<br>A ping-pong table is available.<br>Private parking. The village is less than 10 minutes walk from the villa with popular restaurants and shops.<br>For arrivals or departures other than Saturdays outside of July-August, you can send me a message to find out if it is possible. A minimum stay of 7 nights is desired.

Comfortable house on the edge of Seillans village with lovely views. Great terrace for outdoor eating and a lovely, well maintained pool. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was lovely and silent. Communication with Corinne (the host) was easy, and directions to the house were clear.Good location for exploring the area, though you could easily just stay put, relax, eat at the local restaurants and shop at the well stocked local Carrefour.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and fully intend to come back.

Wonderful villa, pool and location
We loved everything about our stay. Danny was very welcoming on our arrival and charming when we left. The villa is superb with a beautiful view, lovely garden and is very well equipped. The pool is incredible and we swam every day. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very welcome. Lots of interesting places to visit in the area.
We highly recommend it.

Villa avec vue indiscutable
Ancienne villa avec literie neuve, tous le nécessaires pour cuisiner. Piscine au top, un éclairage autour de celle-ci pour le soir, serait la cerise sur le gâteau.
Vue sublime. Propriétaire très réactive et organisation d'arrivée et de départ au top.
Village au calme et typique.

Well equipped, nice pool and amazing views!
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa. Corinne is a great host, guick to respond and accomodating. The house, and especially the kitchen is very well equipped, it had everything we needed and we felt very welcomed. We loved spending the day by the pool and taking in the picture perfect views from the top terrace during the evenings. Seillans and the neighbouring area are a true gem, the nature, nice markets and plenty of local produce. Quiet area but full of life, just perfect. We loved our stay here and highly reccommend it!

Fabulous Villa and location
We've been coming to the south of France for years, and specfically to this area and to Seillans for the last 5 years....and this villa is as good as we have ever stayed.
The villa is impeccably kept, extremely comfortable and has the most magnificent views. Everything in the villa is as advertised and works well.
The restaurants of Seillans are a short walk away. Although the town itself unfortunately has no boulangerie or patisserie, Fayence is only a 5 minute drive away and has a great one of those, plus a boucherie / charcuterie around the corner, both of which are close to the big Super U supermarket.
The terrace and pool are East-facing. We were worried that in the photos it looked like there was little shade provided but with the big awnings for the terrace and a few parasols for the pool, finding shade from the morning sun was not a problem.
We love this area for the beautiful mountain villages (seillans, Callian, Tourrettes etc) but the ease of getting around in the largely flat area south of those villages so you can get to Cannes, Grasse and the beaches.
