Reservations are accepted exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.<br><br>Whether you’re coming to play golf, go to the beach, surf, or simply relax—this villa will delight you.<br><br>Ideally located on the first row of the Seignosse golf course: Three large panoramic windows open onto the 100 m² terrace overlooking the 18th hole green, directly across from the No. 1 tee.<br>You have direct access to the golf course through the garden: Hole No. 1 and the clubhouse are just 100 m away.<br>Golf carts are at your disposal.<br><br>Beach: Seignosse boasts 6 kilometers of beautiful, fine-sand beaches. A true paradise for surfers:<br>13 surf schools and more than 40 surf instructors welcome you at the spots for safe learning.<br>The beaches of Seignosse Océan are considered the best sandy-bottom surf spots (“beach breaks”) in Europe—and even the world!<br><br>Pool: 8 m x 4 m. Two wide steps spanning the entire width of the pool allow for easy entry into the water. The south-facing orientation and the heat pump guarantee an ideal water temperature (27–30 °C) in the summer.<br>The retractable, motorized cover ensures a secure seal—maximum safety for children and reduced heat loss at night.<br>Saltwater treatment (no added chlorine).<br>Maintenance is performed weekly by a professional service.<br>Inflatable pool toys are available.<br><br>Four lounge chairs and a table with six armchairs make the pool terrace a sheltered, secluded retreat.<br><br>The terrace facing the golf course, with two lounge chairs, a table, and six armchairs made of exotic wood, is the ideal spot to enjoy lunch or dinner in the shade. The kitchen is accessible directly through the large sliding door.<br>The Weber gas grill is perfect for grilling the excellent Chalosse beef, and the gas plancha takes care of the rest!<br><br>The house is very well maintained. The full set of amenities also includes a travel crib and a high chair.
