Nestled along the northwest shores of prestigious Lake Joseph, Lake Joe Chateau is a regal escape from the city. Located in the heart of cottage country, Lake Joe Chateau is only 20 minutes from Port Carling and 30 minutes to Parry Sound for shopping, dining and all the amenities! Take in miles of boating on the "Big 3" or just relax at the cottage and enjoy this majestic space!

PROPERTY
LAKE JOE CHATEAU - A beautiful drive through the woods brings you to the roundabout driveway that encircles the front yard. A grand entrance with timber beams welcomes you into the cottage. Around back, a romantic dining area for 6 with two umbrellas and a BBQ provide the perfect place to enjoy lunch! Also featured are three loungers and a hot tub overlooking the cascading stone stair case. On the left, 3 kid pod hammock chairs offer a fun place to swing in the summer breeze. A fire pit with stone seating for 6 is the perfect place to roast marshmallows as the sun goes down! Further down on the right, 3 tire swings invite you swing on while soaking in the view! At the water's edge, a beautiful boathouse and dock boast plenty of outdoor furniture and clear glass railings to enjoy the beautiful Lake Joseph view! Fully enjoy this tremendous 12 acre property by walking the trails that run from the highway to the water and feature a river flowing through!

The bright Muskoka Room features a wood burning fireplace encircled by comfortable seating and oversized screened windows that allow the summer breeze to drift throughout the room.
LOWER LEVEL
REC ROOM
Features a seating area with a gas fireplace and oversized flat screen TV. A gym and pool table complete this spacious level!
EXERCISE ROOM
Includes a treadmill, elliptical, weights and TV with room to work out.
BOATHOUSE
The upper boathouse is an open area with a 3 piece bath, comfortable lounging area and a Queen bed.
