"We were looking to get away for a weekend away from the kids and the images on VRBO were so cute, that even though only two nights were available we still decided to make the 5 hour drive from Milwaukee. It was definitely worth it. The weather wasn't perfect, but we really just wanted a cozy, intimate space to get away to, and this place most certainly checked all the boxes. We will return, maybe even with the kids next time. Absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to anyone."

"Cabin was conveniently located in town, but had the feel of the Northwoods when on the campground. Strong wifi, clean, cute decorations, snacks, and other conveniences. Bed was comfortable and it was a great night of sleep. "

"It was the perfect getaway with family!!! We had 3 teenage boys that thought the loft was their own little apartment!! The lake is just wonderful....such a gorgeous view from the deck and even sitting in the living room made you feel you were outside. Crystal clear water for swimming and kayaking and the kids caught a lot of fish! The beds were oh so comfortable and the location was terrific. Absolutely nothing wrong with the gem. "

"This home was perfect for our family, the sand beach and the clear lake was more than one could dream of, it was so nice that even when the rain came we could not get the kids out of the water-talk about making memories-this was the place, Thank you !!"

"This is the 3rd straight year we have stayed here it's just such a a great place beautiful views, very clean house and a spectacular kitchen!! we have already booked this place for next year can't wait "

"This cabin is perfect for a small family or two couples. The location is perfect. There’s plenty of dock space. The screened-in porch overlooks a quiet bay. The cabin is just a few steps from the water. It was well-stocked and had everything we needed. I’d bring a fan along if staying during summer as the upstairs bedrooms were very warm on a hot summer night. We loved this place and hope to come back soon!"

We spent so much of our time on the porch playing games, reading, and having fun. It was also pretty warm our last evening there, and the porch provided a little breeze so it wasn’t quite as warm. "Beautiful property. Can't think of a thing the house didn't have readily available. Kids enjoyed fishing every day, and then spent all their cash at the bait shop and candy store in Hayward. The Fishing Hall of Fame and mini golf were great diversions when it was a little too windy for fishing or paddling. Excellent communication with the host throughout. Highly recommend this property for a wonderful lakeside retreat."

The layout with 5 bedrooms on the main floor each with a bathroom and an enormous kids “bunk room” upstairs made this the absolute perfect place for our family vacation. This lake home is huge-from the minute you walk up to the front door you are aware of the scale with high ceilings, doors and spacious rooms.
