"I was hoping to love this place, but the ower has terrible customer service and communication skills. She was rude, passive-aggressive, easily triggered by having to provide basic clarification about where the property was located, inflexible and chastising. She asked for clarifications, but then ignored my responses... or she doesn't have capability to be able to comprehend them. "The apartment was charming and conveniently located. We were able to park on the street most days, but made use of the provided parking pass (once) for the area across the street. Everything was well-maintained and it made for a relaxing stay. One of the unexpected bonuses was discovering a fantastic breakfast spot just a 3-minute walk away, which made our mornings even better.
