"We absolutely loved this cabin and will stay here again. We love Duck Creek and we came down to ride ATVs in beautiful southern Utah and we were very excited to see the size of the gravel parking lot on the property, just below the garage. We were easily able to park 4 trucks/SUV's with trailers that had our side by side's on them. The cabin was spacious and had lots of natural light upstairs. "The cottage was peaceful and quiet, warm and inviting, exactly what I had hoped when I booked a last-minute two-night trip for my partner and I. We appreciated having the parking area shoveled and the heater going when we arrived. Furniture was sparse (no couch or comfy chairs), but we had plans that kept us outdoors much of the weekend. "Holly House is a great property that is suited for a family stay in beautiful Bath County. If you’re into the outdoors, stay here where you’re close to spectacular views, pure nature, quiet and friendly people. Our host Patrick was very attentive and responsive."

"This was a very clean and well cared for establishment. I would stay here again. Ideal location if you are considering riding the Greenbrier River trail. Plus there is some good mountain biking in the area. I would recommend utilizing the fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals. The restaurant situation is hit or miss. As for the lodging, great place. I was very pleased."
