Uptown home, Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Amazing Views

Casa Colibri is a sanctuary in paradise, providing a tranquil setting to enjoy the beauty of Sedona. It is a beautiful 4 bedroom home within walking distance of Uptown. It is a rare home in Sedona with beautiful gardens, a heated salt water swimming pool and hot tub, 2 fire pits and lots of seating - all fully enclosed by terra cotta walls, affording you complete privacy. Whether you are enjoying the front or back yard, the views are magnificent!

Pool is heated to 85 degrees from March 1 - October 31. Pool is not heated from November 1 to February 28. Hot tub is available all year.

We have two security cameras. One covers the garage/driveway area and one covers the north yard (where the maintenance equipment is). There are no cameras in living areas, pool areas, or other common guest areas.

This was a 5 day stay with 5 adults. I can’t say enough great things about this listing. Parking was more than enough, it is a short walk to all of the spots downtown, the house itself was very well appointed from appliances to consumables. The hot tub was nice and hot during the chilly evenings. Additionally, Bryan and Jerry are quick to respond.

This was a terrific house for our group of 5. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub with the great views. Also the art in the home is carefully chosen and typical for the area. Altogether a very enjoyable location and home. Lots of little details such as the chargers in the bedrooms were also a plus. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect location! We walked to town for all our excursions, barely ever used the car the whole week! The pool and hot tub were great- we made use every day. We loved the four bedrooms and bathrooms, giving us each our own space. This was exactly what we needed for our sister’s trip.

Great location for walking to shops and restaurants in the Uptown Sedona area. Also, easy walk to access walking trails. Out the door turn right for town and left for trails! Well stocked kitchen, every small appliance you could need. Very clean and well kept home.

This was a great place to stay for our Sedona family vacation. It was an easy drive to the sites and a quick walk into town for shopping and dining.The host was super responsive. The property had helpful tips, for everything we might need during the stay, as well. The pool was closed for the season, but the hot tub was great.If you need a place for a large family gathering, I highly recommend it.

Wonderful property in ideal Uptown Sedona location

Clean, comfortable, well-appointed property with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay in Uptown Sedona. Location is perfect as it is just a short walk to Main Street shopping and restaurants (the house is located up a hill so could be an issue for those with mobility challenges). Owner was very responsive when we had a couple minor questions/issues which were addressed immediately. Highly recommended!

Amazing location and pool/spa

House was perfect for our group: 2 young families and grandparents. Plenty of room to spread out. Kids swam in heated pool for hours every day. Tons of pool toys provided. Hot tub warmed up in minutes. Walked to town for ice cream every afternoon. Quiet neighborhood but so close to amenities. Saw coyotes, rabbits and deer daily! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The home was exactly as pictured and described and a perfect fit for our family of 7 adults and teens. The kitchen was well-appointed and every drawer labeled to facilitate finding things, The pool and spa worked perfectly and were easily managed from indoor controls. The location was central with easy access to everything. We all enjoyed watching the hummingbirds cone to the water dispenser just outside the family room window. Highly recommended.

Beautiful uptown home

We had an amazing week at this beautiful, comfortable home! The location was great. We could easily walk to shops and restaurants and to many trails. We all enjoyed the spa. It felt great after a long day of hiking. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house!

This house is large and comfortable, very clean, well maintained and furnished, and well supplied, with plenty of outdoor space and a great location in Uptown. Hiking, shopping, and restaurants all within walking distance. Grocery store is a short drive away. It wasn't really warm enough for the pool but the hot tub and fire pit were welcome features! Definitely recommend.
