    Juniper House is more than just a place to stay, it’s an experience! Whether you’re here to explore Sedona’s breathtaking landscapes or relax in a private luxury retreat, this estate is designed to elevate your stay. Book now and make memories that will last a lifetime!

    The guests will have access to the entire property except for the locked supply closet.

    We are not located onsite but are available remotely 24/7.

    This home is located in the Village of Oak Creek which is a quiet neighborhood located just outside of the main tourist area of Sedona. This area has many new high-rated restaurants and golf courses. You can expect less traffic and crowds here than in Uptown Sedona, but you are only a short drive to the main tourist areas.

    A car is required for traveling in Sedona.

    The pool may be heated for an additional fee of $100/night with a 3-night minimum. The spa is heated at no additional charge.

    This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am.

    Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $2000 for deodorization.
    1. No parties or events permitted - please inquire if you plan to have anyone at the house besides registered overnight guests
    2. No smoking on the property
    3. No pets without prior approval
    4. Quiet hours between 9pm - 7am
    5. No music outside - this is a quiet residential area

We used this property for our family reunion. The pool and deck area were very nice, the adults were able to visit while the kids were swimming. The home was very spacious and beds were comfortable. There were plenty of spaces around the property if you wanted to sneak away for some peace and quiet. The host was very helpful. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was amazing! Perfect for large groups or smaller ones. Messaging with our host was extremely timely and very straightforward, especially with any additional questions we had. The whole property was very clean and well kept. I cannot recommend it enough!

This property was amazing!! Our grandchildren couldn’t wait to finish our daily hikes and get back to the house with all of the games and the pool. They ranged in age from 15-2 and all had so much fun. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful time spent at this house!! Celebrated our parent’s 50th wedding anniversary, with the kids and grandkids. Enjoyed all the amenities this house offered, with kids 8 to 18, the pool and pool table were a big hit. Great location to enjoy Sedona, Flagstaff, Page and the Grand Canyon and have a relaxing home to come back to. The house was very clean and felt comfortable as soon as you walked in the door. Plenty of room to accommodate 15 of us eating and unwinding.

This home is absolutely amazing!This was our second time renting the property for our annual Sedona retreat, and it was just as incredible as the first. The views are breathtaking, the pool stays warm, the sauna gets perfectly hot, and the grounds are beautiful, clean, and expansive. The location is truly 10/10. An absolute gem.Clara is also a wonderful host and very quick to respond to any questions. Not that you’ll need much during your stay, because everything is so well set up, but if you do need anything, she’s there for you.We will absolutely continue booking this space for future retreats. Highly recommend!

Swimming in the snow.

We had a great time. Family of 14, we had plenty of room. Great amenities in the home. We heated the pool and the spa and sauna were wonderful. Great location. Only minutes from shops and restaurants. Would stay again

This place exceeded all of our expectations. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed, and then some. There was plenty of rooms and space. We brought our 4 adult offspring and, collectively, their six children 4-8 years old. They had endless fun with the pool, the putting green, the volleyball court as indoor activities.We, as the grandparents, stayed in the downstairs suite, which was also spacious and comfortable. We would give 10 stars if we could.

Wonderful Property

Wonderful property with so many amenities. Our family enjoyed the pool, volleyball court, relaxing spaces and the nice separation of rooms. Our teenage grandchildren had their own space around the pool table area. The large dining table was nice for family meals and we appreciated all the provided spices, soaps, etc. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation stay!

Amazing house with plenty of room for large groups. Stunning views. The pool/spa and massage chair were the favorites of this trip. Well stocked kitchen. Golf, restaurants, and shopping close by. A few miles outside of the crowded parts of Sedona..Perfect quiet neighborhood to watch the sunset and stars.

Incredible Home!!

This house was amazing. Clean, spacious and exactly as the photos showcase! The view was incredible and the hosts were great. Couldn’t recommend enough for a friend or family group trip.

Amazing Property

This property was perfect for our family of 12 and a baby! The layout is great and the amenities are amazing. Everything you need is at this place. Management was amazing. The first night they brought us a playpen and high chair for the baby. This place is has stunning views and a great quiet location.

Wonderful Arizona vacation

The property was as advertised and had something for everyone in our large family group of 8 children and 8 adults. Location was perfect to visit Sedona's hiking and sights and not a bad drive to the Grand Canyon. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

Incredible Stay

We had an amazing time and this house for our women’s retreat. The property was absolutely beautiful and there was so much to do. The views are better than the photos and it was all around a great experience. I loved that everyone got their own bedroom. We even used the water slide! Thank you!

Absolutely stunning property; everything was just as shown in your property descriptions. Our group was 16, ages 40 to 90, and I believe every amenity was used and appreciated. We did find the kitchen appliances were not numerous enough when trying to cook for the size group we had! It required constant trips up & down outside stairs to use the kitchen appliances in there at the same time.

Restful retreat in Sedona

Had a 50th birthday with friends. Was nice that there was a separate "house" with a separate entrance for 2 of the bedrooms with another kitchen. Great property with lots to do. Close to most activities in Sedona. The property manager was quick to answer. Would recommend.

The host Carla responded very quickly to answer all our questions. She even responded at 9 PM when we were not able to turn off the water to the slide or the jets in the hot tub. She resolved the problem remotely and everything was good for the rest of our stay. The grandkids loved the pool and hot tub. The house was perfect for myself and our three boys and the grandkids. A total of 18 people with the oldest 17 to the youngest 14 months. The location is just outside the village of Oak Creek. Sedona is about 20 minutes and if you are into hiking there plenty of trails nearby. The Pocket fires closed some of the more popular trails but we found things closer. We had one family stay in the lower apartment and rest were at the main level. The scenery is awesome as you look north which is the view out the living room or the deck overlooking the pool. We would return but we change locations almost every year for our family reunion. LOVED this place.

Terrific stay!

Great reunion with family and friends to celebrate Thanksgiving. Kiddoes especially loved the pool and all the other fun stuff to do right there, including the water slide, the games, and the badminton/volleyball area. Took lots of walks in Woods Canyon nearby. Clara was always quick to respond to any questions and requests.

Wonderful Sedona Stay

This home in Sedona is a gem for a large family vacation. Our group ranging in age from 2 to 70 years old had a wonderful time here. Red rock views, clean, spacious, open-concept layout with plenty of private bedroom space. Great amenities to enjoy on property and hiking trail right off the neighborhood. Quiet location close to some shops and restaurants. About 25 minutes to uptown Sedona with a plethora of shops, restaurants and sights. Clara was extremely responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this property.
