OTHER THINGS TO NOTE (SEASONAL ACCESS AND WEATHER)
*Because this is a mountain property near the creek, Oak Creek can rarely overflow the neighborhood bridge, typically around early March due to snowmelt from Flagstaff combined with heavy rain. In these rare cases, access in or out of the neighborhood may be limited for hours or occasionally longer. Please monitor weather forecasts, keep extra food on hand, and plan accordingly.
*AWD or 4WD is recommended in winter months due to possible snow
*Do not cross the bridge if posted signs indicate “Do Not Cross,” or if there is snow on the bridge
