"The inside of the home is perfect! Nice and clean, comfortable beds. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. The outside of the home could use some cleaning up. The grass was pretty tall and the trees really needed trimming. This did not affect our stay at all. I also had a little trouble with locking the front door. You have ro hold down the lock button instead of just pressing it. Overall it was a great stay. Would stay again for sure!"

"Great views from inside house or on back patio. Very quiet and peaceful. House was clean and very well set up for our stay. Ask host for something and was take care right away. Would stay again and recommend highly! "

"This property was perfect for me! Quiet, beautiful neighborhood and easy to find. I loved all of the interactive things they added in the home. The decor is top notch and so much fun! They had provided items that were super helpful and needed that most of the time I have to lug around with me. I slept so well"

"The house was perfect for my friends and I to stay in the night before my wedding. Slept 10 of us comfortably with an air mattress brought along. There is only one bathroom so that was a task in itself but it was a nice place."

"We were in Wichita for commencement ceremonies at WSU. Clean, comfortable, and very easy to get around town from this location. We had a couple questions come up during our stay, and the host was gracious and responsive to our questions."

"This was a nice location, centrally located, within short driving distance of the Delano and Old Town areas. The host was very upfront about the noise from the highway and provided remedies. It took a night to get used to and wasn't too bad after tha."

"We had a group of gym owners and coaches here for the weekend. Check-in was a breeze. The house and all of it's amenities were great for resting and recovering from our full training schedule. The house, pool, hot tub, and all outdoor areas were clean and well maintained. The upstairs kitchen was great, and we enjoyed cooking proteins on the fancy fire pit. The downstairs movie area was a great place to unwind. My single regret is that none of us had time to try out the air hockey table. "

"Awesome property right in the heart of Old Town area! We walked everywhere, and it was great. Dave was awesome, and pics don't do the property justice nor give a sense as to how BIG it is. His warning is appropriate about the bar below being a bit noisy :) wasn't an issue at all for our family. We had a great stay at Biggins’ Loft. (5 minute walk to arena)"

"We stayed here to attend a graduation at Wichita State university and it was in a great location. Truly 12-14 minutes from everything. Both driveway and street parking and the keypad check in was a breeze. The 3 bedrooms were a good size and had plenty of couch space as well. Just a note that two of the bedrooms share a jack & jill bathroom and the other bathroom is attached to the master downstairs. Would definitely return."

"Grandma's house did not disappoint as being just like going home to Grandma's. Warm and hospitable, this nostalgic throwback is perfectly located in Goddard for all the notable attractions."

"We had a great stay at the Lake house. It was fully furnished with everything we needed (and more) to have a great weekend away. We didn't realize all of the bedrooms were upstairs (maybe we overlooked) so my grandmother ended up sleeping in the recliner instead of a bed. There was also an incident that occurred during our stay with the water flow to the house. Jennifer was very responsive when i frantically called her about the sound of running water behind locked door. Thankfully we were able...
