"It was fine for one night. Good breakfast selection. The receptionist needs to work on his people skills because he is working with the public and is the first impression that people see upon arrival"

"The staff were not very friendly or helpful; the cleaners were, by contrast. Even though the temperature was still in the 80s, the pool was closed. There were signs for a spa, but none was on the property. We paid for a room with a balcony and a view, but the balcony wall is too tall, and the chair is too short to see the view, so it's not worth paying extra unless you're content to view it standing up or from inside. "We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Astoria Galilee! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth, friendliness, and truly personal service. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome, and their genuine hospitality made our stay especially enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide and varied selection to suit different tastes. Everything was delicious, and the variety made starting each morning a real pleasure. What truly sets...

"EVERYTHING was great. The food was amazing! It was family friendly and the staff was very nice"

"The place is close to most places in the Galilee area and is great for families with kids. The view of the lake from the dining room is fantastic but you don't have access to the water. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only drawback was that we found the AC made the room initially too cold so we turned it off. There are lots of places to go for walks and a canoe/paddle boarding rental near by access from Yardenit down the road."

"Poor service..staff was not present at check in or check out"

"Very bad experience for a couple due to all kids and families. We left a day earlier"

"There was no one at the reception desk at all and myself and others had to wait for how ever long I’m not sure at least and hour for myself no way to ale wet them / bell ? Buzzer ? Very dirty place people out in the main hallway very loudly talking . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not good"

"Nice place, However they don't have parking as suggested in Expedia, you have to find parking on the street with can be tricky at best. Also they charged us $50 Shekles each for breakfast because we initially didn't choose it in the Expedia app."
