"To start, we received very detailed instructions on access to the building, room, etc. That was very helpful. The room was very nice and clean. It was set up like a mini apartment. The pool and hot tub area were also very nice. Having a grocery store below the building was very convenient. The train from the airport is also less than two blocks away. We walked everywhere downtown. The location was perfect!"

"This property isn’t fancy, but it’s very practical—perfect if you’re looking for a rustic, cabin-in-the-woods experience. We’ve stayed here three times and will definitely return if our adventures bring us back to Colorado. "

"Our family really enjoyed the stay at this Home just 5 min. from Florissant, Colorado. Secluded, yet had neighbors near by. The deck was huge and the view of the mountain ranges was tremendous. Pikes Peak in the morning was unbelievable. Hot tub was clean and wonderful, gas fire pit on the lower patio under the stars was also wonderful. Bathrooms were a "bit" aging but clean. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. We will likely stay again the future. Host was prompt in answering...

The home is tucked away in a quiet area, yet still close to several hiking trails and offers easy access to nearby towns and attractions. "Everything was great. There is limited water supply that we didn't know about, but once we got that figured out, it was manageable. Being from the city, we don't have limited water usage- so it really helps put things into perspective.. "

"Came there for a family reunion and had a great time. Had a few little things that were rectified quickly and I want to personally thank Allison and Tom for getting back to us so quick. Kids had a blast with so much to do that they didn't even think about the TV. House was more than spacious for 18 people and the pool and hot tub was a big hit. If you want quiet and nature this is the place and don't forget to watch for the deer that roamed through the property. "
