Wine and dine amongst the trees and leave your friends green with envy as you soak up the sun on this outdoor deck!
Seven on Scenic comprises of 3 bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests (best suited for 6 adults or four adults and up to four children) and offers coastal and rural views in picturesque Second Valley.

A quick walk will get you to the beach where you can enjoy swimming in the turquoise clear waters. If rock and jetty fishing is your thing then bait and supplies are available from the local deli. Otherwise, you can buy fish and chips and eat them on the beach.

This home features 3 generous size bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen lounge and dining with high ceilings, and large windows allowing an abundance of light to flood the home. Kitchen complete with breakfast bar, stove, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and coffee machine. Comfortable sleepy lounge with flat-screen TV and combustion heater for those winter months.
Other features include reverse cycle air conditioning, a large outside deck, and an alfresco area.

Seven on Scenic is only 2km from the award-winning Leonards Mill restaurant and is within easy reach of Normanville, Yankalilla, Wirrina, and Deep Creek Conversation Park.

Location: Second Valley, a few minutes walk from the beach.
Bed Configuration: 3 bedrooms sleeps 8 guests. 2 x queen, 1 x bunk (suitable for children only), 1 x single, and 1 mattress.
Special Features: Private deck. Stunning views, close to the beach and jetty.
Facilities: Flat-screen TV, bbq, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Lavazza coffee machine (a Modo Mio pods).
Heating/Colling: Reverse cycle air conditioning and combustion heater (enough wood is supplied to get you started only).
Pets: No Pets
Fenced: Fully enclosed with rural fencing.
Cleaning: A cleaner will be hired on your behalf and the cost is included in your rental fee.
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat, face washer, and tea-towel

enjoyable stay

Loved the birdlife in the backyard trees, great sunset and enjoyed hearing the sound of the ocean in the early morning. Also good views of the ocean from the balcony. . . Fireplace lit made the home feel very cozy.

This was a great place to wind down, with comfy places to put your feet up and read a book, a lovely balcony to share dinner and a short walk to the beach for a swim and explore. Had all the things you need to be self sufficient.

Unfortunately the building wasn’t very clean. The cutlery was dirty and the rooms are lounge room was dirty. Maybe some furniture needs moving and cleaned underneath.

Loved this place. The view was stunning and it was so close to the beach and wirrena cove boat ramp. The owner was very helpful when we needed assistance getting into the property.

Fab house for a few days down the coast. Gorgeous views of sea and hills from the deck which was very spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach / jetty.
