"This was a nice place. Nice bedrooms. The beds were a little hard for our old bodies but still nice. The blinds on both patio doors were broken so i didn't want to mess with them much. We could still go in and out the upstairs patio door because that blind was open. It was nice and peaceful. My grandson who just turned 5 came over for a couple hours and he had fun fishing on the dock. We managed to find places to go to eat. We had a nice relaxing time."

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay while celebrating our son's HS Graduation nearby in Park Rapids. We had plenty of space and the home has a wonderful layout of bedrooms and shared living spaces. The walkout basement was a great place for the kids to play games and get away from the adults. The house is well furnished and contains all the kitchen necessities. I appreciated using the gas grill on the deck throughout our weekend. The beach area is an easy walk and not hilly like nearby...

"We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We had a group of 6 adults and 2 kids under 3 years old. The bedrooms were a bit tight but all of the beds were comfy. We were outside most of the time so the outdoor spaces were perfect for our group. The pontoon screen porch was a hit! It was great to be so close to the water. There is a parking area for a truck and pontoon trailer plus room for 3 vehicles. The cabin has everything you need.Mark was a great host."

"Located within minutes from Park Rapids and 20 to Itasca. Great amenities, house was perfectly remodeled. Would stay here and and am sure you won’t be disappointed. Parking area is a bit tight, especially if you have a boat and trailer, but do-able."

"Best cabin any of the 12 people in our group has ever stayed. The original walk through the cabin had everyone in awe. Many places both indoor and outside for everyone to hang out. Tons of space to spread out with gathering spots for everyone to be together. After 30 years of renting several different properties for our annual spring get together, we have found a new landing spot to enjoy for years to come. "

A short drive to Walker or to Brainerd to explore. We had a wonderful time being together, sitting around a campfire, grilling, and playing in the yard."

"We didn't spend a lot of time in the bungalow (tiny house) as most of our time was spent at a wedding. We stayed 3 nights and found it to be clean and functional for our needs. For some reason, the bed mattress seemed especially comfortable (would like to know the brand). We slept great! It is a little smaller than expected but was perfect for our needs. "My family and I had a great stay at this property. Check-in/check-out details were communicated well before our visit and the property managers were available for questions via the app and text. We enjoyed the clean and family friendly spaces and greatly appreciated the additional amenities like fresh towels of various sizes, many kitchen supplies, and fleece blankets. We really enjoyed the many places to gather throughout the home, inside and out. We had a great time and plan to be back next...
