Lovely home just steps to the riverfront, and a quick ride to the nearest waterfront restaurants, marinas, park, golfing, town central & more!

Enjoy a beverage on either the covered porch or back patio and feel the warm sun or refreshing breeze off the Indian River.

The ocean beaches are a 20+ minute drive over the bridge in Wabasso, Vero Beach or north to Melbourne.

Great home base

My teenage son and I were in town to watch my daughter swim at nationals and stayed here for 4 nights. The house is adorable and clean, the beds are comfy, and everything was as promised. Karen was communicative and easy to contact, and very responsive regarding a small clog in the master shower. We would absolutely stay again.

Nice property, very comfortable. But needs outdoor furniture on back deck. Also there was no BBQ outside. Ended up buying one as we were there for 3 weeks.

This house was perfect for a week of skydiving at Skydive Sebastian. There are tons of food options, as well as grocery stores within a five minute radius. The house had everything we needed and Karen was fantastic at communicating before and during our stay. I would definitely stay there again next time I’m down that way!

Great place and great location! Top Notch!!

Home was very clean, well-stocked, welcoming, comfortable and relaxing. Excellent location. Loved having two full bathrooms and two decks. Close to multiple great restaurants was very handy. Neighbors were friendly too. Our host was awesome.

This property worked for us as we were going 30 minutes inland to the lake or 20 minutes to the ocean! Clean, well maintained and centrally located. Could use better outdoor lighting.

Nice house to enjoy and explore Sebastian area

This is a clean, comfortable, nicely decorated little house in a great location with a pleasant back deck to relax on.. Situated on a dead end block directly up from Indian River close to shopping, entertainment, and good restaurants. I enjoyed cooking some home made meals in the kitchen and we enjoyed the excellent cable service and tv. Karen is a lovely lady and an attentive owner.

Home away from home

Karen’s home, the Indian river getaway was better than advertised…We stayed three days and two nights..(4 adults).The location of the home was perfect and ideal. The check in process was very easy. The home was immaculate with great beds and very comfortable living room area .Our host Karen was always on point with communication. It really felt like a home away from home. Quaint, easy access to Skydiving Airport

A great place to call home while skydiving in Sebastian. Centrally located, beautiful walking area. Host was SUPER nice and friendly! We flew in from up north so little touches like having a full size cooler, beach towels and lots of kitchen extras there for cooking was appreciated! Fantastic food choices everywhere, and a nice marina within waking distance with fresh seafood was tops! Super happy with the cost/and convenience for our journey. Special bonus being able to see jump planes and parachutes right from back porch but not so close that it was noisy. Everything needed was within 2 miles!! Tons of Food, banks, gas, shopping and more!

Quiet and serene.

We were only there over night for a wedding but it was just perfect. Karen was a wonderful host. Highly recommend this property. And the riverwalk park isn't too far, nice for an evening stroll.

Sunny days

The property was located in a nice cul-de-sac,quiet neighborhood and neighbors were friendly and helpful. Stores were located just minutes away. Lots of restaurants/bars to visit. Enjoyed the airport to have breakfast or lunch and watch the people parachute right in front of us! Amenities with washer/dryer,dishwasher much appreciated. All in all nice place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is close to downtown Sebastian and to the Beach. Loved walking along the riverfront in Sebastian. A quiet place to stay. We felt safe and secure here.

Relaxing, quiet getaway

The home was very clean. We were able to relax in a quiet place to enjoy our family time together. The neighborhood is quiet too. We were down the street from a beautiful waterway. The kitchen had everything a home cook would need and everything to make you feel at home- (from towels for the ocean to tablets for the dishwasher/laundry soap for the washing machine). Nice carport too. Karen was a great hostess! She was very helpful when we had any questions or concerns about our reservation prior to our stay. She always responded within the same day of any communication. We appreciated that very much! The park at Main Street very nearby and Vero Beach approximately 30 minutes away was wonderful addition to our stay. There are restaurants not far from her home. A grocery store (Publix) is close by as well.
