"Dirty rooms. The bed was filthy and we had bugs crawling on us that looked like bed bugs when the lights went off. Hotel changed our room to then give us a “new clean room” inspected the bed and didn’t find any dirt or bug like issues but did find crushed candy in the carpet and food behind the TV."

"I am writing to request a refund for my recent stay due to multiple maintenance issues that made my room unacceptable.
During my stay, I experienced the following problems:
1. The shower had virtually no water pressure. It was so poor that I had to lean over the tub faucet just to rinse the shampoo out of my hair.
2. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained very slowly.
3.The electronic door lock appeared to have an electrical malfunction, making a constant clicking/clinking noise...

"The room itself was not very clean and with the building under construction it felt poorly kept. When we attended breakfast the first day nothing was being cleaned and trash was piled up, on the second day they stopped serving food an hour and a half before it was supposed to end. "I had a terrible stay at the Hilton in Portland the house cleaning g crew never changed my linen sheets. The sheets were soiled all the way down into the mattress! I called the front desk yes they switched my room but I was very uncomfortable because I layed in the soiled bed. I took a shower but still felt uncomfortable. This is very unacceptable. I’m very surprised with the price on this hotel very very dissatisfied"
