Upscale Modern Private Cottage

Our modern little cottage is the perfect getaway spot whether it is for a day, week or month. Being a brand new construction it is up to date on all amenities and you will find yourself very cozy and comfortable! As well as in a great location.

The space
Guests have access to the whole house. Upstairs roof top and owners private basketball court. We have a separate fenced and gated yard if you are travelling with your dogs. Very centrally located to everything. East-side and 20 minutes from down town Seattle. Excellent location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cottage and appreciated how accommodating the space was for our fur babies. The host was also very welcoming, friendly and responsive. Would stay there again!

Hassle free check-in. Host quickly responded to all my questions. Replenished any supplies needed. The cottage was convenient to our family nearby, and the freeway for quick access to downtown Seattle and other areas. The kitchen was great for preparing a hearty breakfast before heading out each day. Two full bathrooms was a definite plus.

Close to Everything

Close to UW Bothell and Woodinville wineries. Check is was easy, once we found the unit. Address on the door is not what was on the documentation. It's in the back corner of the lot so you don't see the unit as pictured until you go down a long driveway. Owners live in the front unit and are very responsive to any needs. Be aware it's very very close to the freeway, perhaps 100 ft from the sound wall. That said, the windows are good and you don't hear traffic noise a ton when indoors with the windows closed. All in all, worth the money we paid for sure.

Great location

The property location is just what we needed. Host was very responsive. The rooms were comfortable; the kitchen was clean and has all amenities. Guests sensitive to sound should realize that there is a highway 100 ft away with road noise, although indoors with the windows closed it's not bad. There was some lint on the sheets and dust bunnies under the couch with minor litter but otherwise everything was fine.

Great interaction with properly owners who didn't hesitate to answer any concerns promptly. Easy checkin and out. Close to trails for our furry friend and nice, walkable neighborhood.

Rosy is the BEST

The property is super adorable. The host, Rosy has created a wonderful environment. Through a mistake of our own, there was a mix up between the upstairs and downstairs being separate units and Rosy went above and beyond to try to accommodate the mistake. We greatly appreciated her communication and problem solving. We would definitely stay with her in the future.

Weekend trip

We enjoyed a relaxing enjoyable night in this cozy cottage with our kids and Dad. It was perfectly suited for our needs and we loved the fact that it was tucked back behind the street. We will certainly return when the occasion arises.

Even though it borders 405 and is noisy outside, the home is very very well insulated. Owner is very responsive. Beds were very comfortable and we are picky.

Nice neighborhood, great location.

The house was very nice, the location was great at the end of a street and in close proximety to the freeway, shopping, restaurants, hiking and many other activities. The hosts were very nice, accommodating and great communicators.
