[IMPORTANT DETAILS! Go through this before you want to decide if you want to book or not: The minimum age requirement for the primary renter is 25, and the rest of the guests must be at least 18 years of age, NO-NO-NO guests under 18.

NO Early-Check-In is negotiable, Book an extra night if you want to arrive early, or have the booking be edited so that it could be charged officially on the site.

If you are found to be breaking house rules, under VRBO policies, I am liable to evict you from the property without any refund and relocation cost coverage.]

You'll be staying in suite III: one of three private suites located in this timeless tudor home. This home highlights stately decor, the interior decor flows with the tudor architecture.

Free street parking is available on a first come first serve basis, guests can generally find nearby/convinient parking. Reserved/private parking is not available at this property.*

*On your first night, if you're unable to find parking, you're invited to park across the curb cut for our two car garage directly at the south side of the home.




Public Transportation:
This property is located two blocks from major express lines with buses running every 15 minutes. Guests can use Moovit for the most accurate bus schedules.

Gazebo now open for guests on the south yard, Make sure to enjoy it.

Walking:
The neighborhood has an excellent walking score, guests are able to walk to nearby bars, resturants & other attractions.

When making your reservation, please review the house rules & noise policy.

A perfect spot for Thanksgiving weekend exploring. Cute space, lots of charm and ideal location for getting around Fremont and Ballard. Host communication was excellent, check in/out really easy and everything worked as expected. Would stay again!

Beautiful and charming 1920’s apartment

This was an absolutely charming place! The owners have really invested in this 100 year old property. They added modern amenities while keeping to the uniqueness of the building.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and easy to get to all Seattle’s touristy places as well as U W. We were there for a graduation and we’re just a few minutes away.

Very nice property and enjoyable stay. We had no issues finding an open parking space. Unit was nicely decorated. There are stairs and quiet hours. We will definitely look to stay there again with future trips to Seattle/Phinney/Zoo area.

Perfect location to see Seattle.

We loved our stay here, it was close to the bus and easy to get to all the things we wanted to see in Seattle. The accommodations were great. We loved how close it was to the Rose garden and morning walks to Green Lake.

Everything about this property was awesome ! Location, ease of accessibility, everything we needed for our week long trip! The house was clean and very cozy even with cold and damp and wet every day. We will stay there next trip !

The house was nice and amenities were sufficient. Great location. However, the "important details" section of the ad failed to mention there is no air conditioning. We understand it is an older home, but this was definitely a surprise upon arrival as the house was very hot. A warning would have been appreciated. Recommend getting new bed pillows as they are old and uncomfortable. Photos need updated - the murphy bed sits in the middle of the living room rather than the corner.

The upper suite is nice and can hold a lot of people. The WiFi is very slow. Roof work was being done while we were there (we were not informed) and it was quite loud.

Remarkably Convenient

Perfect location for anything you would like to do. Quick access to public transportation, ample on-street parking if you have your own vehicle, walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Loved the direct route to the city.

Perfect for our purposes

We loved our stay at this property. Wonderful sitting room to read in. The location is excellent: we used to live nearby, and picked it for convenient buses. When the internet was slow, we contacted the hosts and they got back to us very quickly and fixed the issue promptly.

Very well thought out!

Location was AWESOME!!! The price was manageable. The only issue was the upstairs bedroom. Was pretty hot. No A.C. the space is small, but it is so well appointed and thought out it was wonderful!
