It was a beautiful place to stay, clean and quiet with lots of amenities and the view was amazing. The hostess was wonderful and helpful. This is the best place if you want to explore Seattle and it definitely was a 10.

Stayed for a 3 day trip. Great location. Close to everything you want to see. Quiet, bed was very comfortable. Great water pressure in shower, very clean & safe location.

So clean and close!!!!! The food options nearby are incredible. The bed is great and the studio is clean and comfortable!

Was a pleasant stay. Parking was not a option had to pay but other than that was a enjoyable stay.

We stayed in seattle for a week for a concert and honestly these hosts ruined our entire stay. Right from check in, we were not provided a key or a fob or a clicker which the website stated all three would be provided upon arrival, when we contacted their customer service about this they said we “wouldn’t need it” as they have 24 hr support to be let in remotely at any time. Odd, but okay I suppose. Then when we got into the actual room itself the cleanliness state was abhorrent there were stains and crumbs on the carpet, the bathtub was grimey and had hair, it looked like cleaners hadn’t even been in since the previous stay. On top of this, not only did the room not look like its pictures at all, there was no balcony! For a listing named starlight studio with rooftop balcony, you better have a balcony!! When we contacted support about this they told us we were ‘misunderstanding’ the listing and the balcony was just apart of the building but we could still get to it. Super frustrating but again, whatever. So then we tried to go the the balcony and you needed a code or a key fob to access it which, again, they did not give us! When we contacted them about this they said we just wouldn’t have access to it for our stay because they couldn’t provide us with a code. We were debating between several listing when booking our stay and the deciding factor for us was the balcony so this was incredibly frustrating for us. They then tried to charge us for the missing key we never recieve

Great location and good phone communication. Room was outdated, carpet heavily stained, someone else’s hair everywhere! No place to sit and gather as family. Air conditioning beeped all night and fold down was a rock of a bed.
