My boyfriend & I stayed in the studio apartment w/king bed. The only negative thing is there was no blackout blinds, so it was difficult to sleep past sun rise. I reached out to customer service & they were very accommodating & moved us to the unit with a bedroom where the wall is blocking the windows. The rest of our stay was great. Very clean and felt safe in the building.

This place was awesome for my fiancée and I! We were a 5ish min walk to Trader Joe’s, less than 10 min walk to the sealink train, multiple buses and rapid transit! The place was very clean and we appreciated the little details! In the bathroom there is soap, shampoo and conditioner (they smell AMAZING)! Make sure you bring your own lotion, they don’t have that yet even though it’s written in the amenities. (However side note when I messaged the team they were awesome and while helping us set up the Roku he brought me a bottle, very kind!!) There are two closet spaces, one in the bedroom and one in the hallway section! Both have a huge amount of space for hanging clothes and the bedroom has a shelving unit too! Our bedroom also had a sound machine which was awesome!! We always travel with ours and were pleasantly surprised when we saw one in the room! The living room is super spacious and the large windows make it feel very homey! The kitten was great! There were pots, pans, utensils, salt, pepper, toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, etc! We were able to cook a couple meals here and really enjoyed the space and ease! Side note: if you stay here, you have to go to Ramen DANBO down the street, you won’t regret it!!

Really nice rooms! Kinda noisy but they kindly supplied us with a fan and even some ear plugs if needed. I have stayed at 2 different sonder locations and have loved both!

Just a great self contained property. Parking was next door but expensive. The area was nice and the rooftop garden was great. I'd recommend this property.

Great apartment in a great location. Very clean and well maintained. Super neoghborhood close to lots of shopping and dining. Easy to get everywhere. Communication and process was easy. No check-out duties, you just leave everything as is and they take care of it. A couple of things to keep in mind. Parking is not provided and can be a hassle. We found street parking every night but it was not always easy. The area is vibrant which can also mean a bit loud on a Friday or Saturday night.

Great spot to relax

Clean place, spacious, quiet. Full fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer!! Bed was a little hot but that can be forgiven! Elysian brewery across the street.

Great Apartment with a couple suggestions.

Very nice and convenient space and location. Apartment was perfect, except the bed was very hot I think because there is a liner on the mattress that doesn't breathe. Additionally, it would be nice to have a couch or chair footrest to make the chairs more comfortable as it relates to lounging/resting while watching TV.

Great location, Love that there was so many places to eat and bars nearby. Hotel itself is very cute. My only complaint is that there is no parking but the paid public parking next door that cost me almost $100 during my stay.

Worth every penny!

Beautiful place to stay. Impressed by all the included amenities. Code didn’t work for awhile so had to make a couple calls to customer service after a long day but other than that it was a great stay.

Comfortable and clean

The unit was beautiful and clean, with easy/clear instructions on how to get in. I got there early thinking I had early check in and my codes weren’t working, I mistakenly did not add it to my trip but within a few minutes I had someone on the phone and in person to help me get into my unit. Very responsive and helpful I would stay again. Only problem was the tricky parking situation which isn’t the property’s fault. You have to pay for parking anytime on street or in lots from 6-10pm

I have very mixed feelings on this. The plusses are great location near a lot of restaurants and shops and a very clean property. The unit was cute. The washer dryer was great to have. The problem is not having a front desk. We had trouble getting in to store our bags and spent more than 10 minutes on hold. Our heat didn't work and we couldn't get a blanket until the next day. They came and said they fixed the heat. They didn't. Another call and more waiting for a space heater. And they couldn't give us a statement of our stay because, they said, I booked through Expedia. I have never not gotten a receipt from a hotel and it may mean I cannot submit to my business office and will be out a lot of money. They were quick to answer the phone and communicate over text. But they couldn't solve the problems. I regret not staying at a hotel.

Lovely unit; no parking

Unit was very nice - well furnished, great facilities. The rooftop was beautiful and quiet. The biggest problem for us was parking - the unit does not have parking. There are lots nearby BUT we were apparently in town at the same time as a neighborhood festival and parking rates were vastly inflated. Great place to stay if you’re flying in; rethink if you’re driving.

Property was clean and secure. It worked great for our stay. It was close to our son who attends Seattle U. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as grocery. It's easily walkable and close to public transportation. Our only complaint was the temperature. It was quite warm and muggy. There was an AC unit in the room but it really wasn't doing anything. Still we would stay again.

Absolutely Perfect apartment. We stayed 5 people for a week. Great location in Capitol Hill. Walking distance to downtown Seattle. Will definitely come back.
