Guests only have access to the upper level of the house and all the spaces you can see in the pictures. There may be guests staying in the basement unit, but there are no shared spaces. Enjoy seamless self-check-in and make yourself at home with complete privacy and comfort during your stay. Guests have no access to the backyard and garage, which is used as storage now.

*. Noise Disclosure: There maybe guests live downstairs, you may occasionally hear noise from them. There is a door that connects the upstairs and the downstairs unit, which remains locked all the time.

*. Step Disclosure: There are 6 steps at the entrance. There is also 1 fright of stairs to 2nd floor.

*. Parking Disclosure: Parking is permitted on the driveway. Free street parking is also available. Garage is used as owner’s storage and isn’t available for parking.

*. AC Disclosure: There is central AC in the house. AC’s thermostat is located on the wall adjacent to the staircase, while the heating thermostat can be found in the hallway leading to the bedroom with murphy bed.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

This place is outstanding! My four adult sons and I stayed here for 2 nights to attend the Washington vs. Ohio State football game (Go Buckeyes!). We walked back to the house after the game from the stadium which was about 1.5 miles. It was a fairly direct walk and the path is well travelled. It’s very up to date and super clean. Great views from the rear facing windows and patio. We were all very comfortable. Plenty of seating in the great room/kitchen area. Great communication from the owner made it go smoothly. (He is super friendly too). Great, quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!
