I stayed here for a weekend by myself and it was a very pleasant experience! The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is in a nice and quiet area as well. Highly recommend for single travelers or couples.

The place is quite small as described. The rooftop deck and hot tub are shared amongst the units but the location and views were amazing! Property worked for exactly what we needed and you can't beat the price. There were a handful of small things that we began to notice the longer we stayed, that should be easily fixable (appropriately fitting shower curtain, wall shelves tightened, a little extra dusting, and the bed mattress on top of proper frame and not OSB board, etc). *communication with property manager was not required during our stay.

Nice, small place perfect for a 1 night concert stay. Great views and easy access to T-mobile Field. Bed was comfortable and space was pretty clean. It was a little noisy, not very quiet with other guests or people who live there…? Loud talking, laughing, doors closing etc but not the end of the world. Great roof top space, would stay again.

Fantastic location

Fantastic location near Seattle and Bellevue. We were here for Seafair weekend and would definitely recommend. Space that is just big enough for 2 with a lovely rooftop deck and hot tub.

OK Room - Beautiful Location

The room itself is small and has no real seating area but the bed. It was clean but rather shabbily outfitted - no real charm to it and I think it could have charm with some effort. Biggest complaint was a third party manager and no contact with the owners. Part of the charm of VRBO for me is getting to meet the owner and learn more about the property. There was none of that here. But the location was lovely and the view from the window (the bridge with the Seattle skyline behind) was spectacular

Great location, needs some work

First off, the location was perfect for us. Had plans in Seattle but did not want to stay in the city. This was so close but provided quiet and away time. The room size is fine for a single or two person stay. Very friendly and nice owners. Things that should be mentioned, there are kids and dogs in and out. Not a problem for us, but could be a problem for others, especially if they don't know. Parking should also be more clear. Other misc things I reported, hopefully they get fixed.One of my biggest issues was the cleaning. Looked clean on first glance. But was not. Doors, baseboards, and any ledge was very dirty. Just needs an all around better clean. If the cleaning issue gets fixed would 100% stay again.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this property!! Cozy, clean, and quiet place with a beautiful view! The hot tub was a big big plus. I hope to stay again!

Beautiful apartment but bad communication from VRBO.

This is a beautiful property, clean, well-maintained and very convenient location. My only issue was that communicating with VRBO was very difficult and inconsistant. We were emailed offering an option for a late checkout, the link told us we could pay 14 extra dollars for four extra hours. I tried to follow the link and after a lot of difficulty reaching VRBO customer service, I was told that was actually not an option. First time using VRBO and I won’t be using it again, which is a shame because the room was very nice.

Cozy, but deceiving pictures.

Should disclose there are other rooms on property.One night the neighbors in the next room were noisy late, thin separating walls between the two. Cure though.

Good property

Nice property. Not as large as pictured but otherwise very good. I am mobility challenged so all the steps were a challenge. Never made it to the deck. We’re 75+ so would definitely recommend it to younger guests

I give it a 3 because although it was clean it was VERY tight. Secondly half of the closet space in this small room was filled with stuff like broken chairs, fans, etc. However, my biggest issue really was the hot tub. I asked if it was working and it was the first night. The next 2 days/nights it was off and wouldn’t turn on. There is a sign that says to respect quiet hours so I would understand if we were loud but we weren’t. We had music playing but it was just loud enough to go over the sound of the jets on a chair right next to the tub. Lastly I asked for a late check out after celebrating my engagement that night before and was denied.
