Tucked away but the property was still centrally located to activities. Host was adequately engaged and provided local information. Easy instructions to access the home and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We are actually local and we were pleased to find a location 10 minutes from our home during a bathroom reconstruction. Will definitely recommend this place for our out of town guests.

This is such a cute home in a nice, secure neighborhood. Home has been updated nicely and stocked well with all necessary items. We had an early flight out from Sea-Tac so location was ideal, but would also be great for Seattle visit. Tons of nearby stuff to do, close to all the “sights to see”. It’s rare to find a property that has such good parking too-Host was welcoming and provided great communication for our stay. Beds were extremely comfortable, sheets and towels both had a nice thread count. Totally recommend for your Seattle stay!

We would definitely stay at this house again. It was very clean and it has wonderful hosts, an easy check-in process, and a quiet neighborhood. The house doesn't have central air, but climate control wasn't much of an issue during our stay. It would've been great to have access to the garage, but the house has a circular driveway, which is very convenient. Overall it was a great experience.

Break before move overseas

Lovely property, conveniently located close to the airport for our travle and logistics but also not far from attractions in the city. Glad we got to relax here before moving family overseas as part of a military move.

Enjoyed our stay

We booked this cozy charming rambler for my daughter’s college graduation. It was perfect! The house was clean and the rooms were comfortable. There was plenty of dishes and utensils for our food and the coffee machine was a life saver. We will definitely look to book our future stays at this location. Thank you so much!

I stayed at this property for three weeks whilst my floors were being refinished. It was ideal for me, my cat and dog. The place was beautiful and clean and the living area and kitchen more spacious than it looked in the photos. The jetted tub is a wonderful bonus. The bed and sofa were comfortable and the table big enough for jigsaws. I used the desk in one of the bedrooms for my keyboard. There were nice touches like wooden coat hangers and a magnifying mirror for makeup. The host and her husband were very responsive to any questions I had. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It was an ideal location between my house in West Seattle and the dog park I frequent in Kent. The garden is big and well fenced. Unfortunately my dog liked to chase the bunny that visited. I had a great stay. Thank you.

Perfect for our plans!

This house is in a great neighborhood and felt very safe. It was clean, well furnished, and the beds/ linens were extremely comfortable. I liked that it was close enough to the airport that my son could easily Uber after his red eye flight but that we didn't hear a lot of the flight noise i was expecting. The location is central to several attractions. My conference was in Renton and it only took me about 10 minutes to commute each day. It was also very nice to get a quick little message from Tracy during our stay to see how it was going and offer some suggestions for things to do in the area. We were very happy with our stay and hope it's available next time we're in the area. Thank you!!

Convenient neighborhood location

We were a family of 5 senior adults traveling to a family wedding and this was our first time staying at a VRBO. We appreciated three bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, two bathrooms, living area with large TV, and laundry room. The place was clean and in a neighborhood where we could walk around the block. We were in close proximity to a grocery store, drug store, shopping area, movie theater and the airport. Being my first time using VRBO, I would have liked to have had a way to communicate with the owner the morning of our arrival to see about early check in. Check in time was at 4pm; we arrived in the morning and I was only able to communicate via messaging using VRBO. A phone number would have been helpful. Because this was my first time using VRBO, it was a learning curve on how to communicate.

Very Nice Trip to the Sleepless City

My family got together for my daughters 24th birthday. It was perfect size for a close family of 6. We had a great time playing games at the table. Everything was nicely labeled for us to ID items in the kitchen. The back yard was so nice to enjoy the beautiful weather. We enjoyed the visit and will be back.
