Regrettably, I did not enjoy the property at all, nor the support provided by the owner. We rented the place for about 24 days in January-February 2026 and we left before the end of the rental. The condo had multiple issues:.-The TV and Internet network was on and off for 2 weeks. It shut down randomly, all day long. The owner did not solve it and did not come to address the issue. .-The owner does not allow the heating radiators to function throughout the condo. Heating is shut. He provides two mobile space heaters instead. This means it is cold in the bathroom and the kitchen..-The bed sheets were ripped..-The radiators were dirty..-The bathroom water was extremely hot, not appropriate for children..-The ceiling is very thin. The building is dated, despite good pictures. You can hear people walk above. It becomes unbearable when the neighbors above arrive at 2 am from clubbing. Absolutely unbearable. You cannot sleep..-Worse, the way his reservation rules work with this owner, you cannot cancel and you cannot get a refund if you leave early or wish to cancel. The owner will not entertain any refund.We were also hit by bad neighbors. We had a neighbor who partied from 2 am to 4 pm, waking us up because of thin ceilings. We had another neighbor who smoked cannabis near the entrance of the building and the whole unit smelled for hours. We did not like our experience. We did not like how the owner dealt with issues and refused any refund.
