NEW HOME IN SEASIDE PARK SLEEPS 12!

  • New construction home, the vacation home you have been waiting for! This contemporary, single family home is centrally located in Seaside Park, it’s close to the ocean, bay, boardwalk, stores, and restaurants. Features an open concept floor plan, with comfortable living room, dining area, and a cook's kitchen with all high-end appliances and decor. Large bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom, conveniently located on the first level, living room couch also pulls out to a queen size sofa bed. 3 additional bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 4 twin bunk beds with 2 baths on second level. Private rear yard is perfect for entertaining with gas grill.
    Note:All guests MUST be 25 years of age or older to book the property unless accompanied by a parent.
    Any minor must always be accompanied by a parent.Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund.
    Note:NO parties, large gatherings, or loud music.
    Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund and charged a minimum fee of $500.| During the summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day) check in and check out are only allowed on Saturday's also linens and towels will NOT be provided. However, we do provide beach passes as well as beach chairs. Just please note with the beach passes 10 are given at the time of checking in
    - these are very expensive - if one goes missing during your stay you will be charged $100 each.
    **Note: The Property is a Smoking-Free Zone. No smoking/vaping in and around the property.

Beautiful new construction! Large bedrooms and bathrooms! Very close to the sunsets on the bay and only a block from the ocean side. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Nice Seaside Park Getaway

Nice, clean, updated newer house in Seaside Park on the border of Seaside Heights. Great location, 2 blocks from beach, walk to boardwalk and bay, excellent family rental. Nice added touches included 10 beach badges, beach chairs and umbrellas, outdoor seating areas.

The house, as described on the website, was as it was … clean, well stocked, brand new, located conveniently to both the bay and the sea, as well as to a 7-11. The bathrooms were spic and span and their hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were of good quality. Communication with the Host was super easy. WeI’ll definitely rebook in the future.

House was clean, in great shape, and fully stocked. Stayed in many shore houses, none were as clean, nor had as many extras as this one. Close to beach and bay, short ride to boardwalk. Off-street as well, as never easy parking in the area.

Lovely home

This was a beautiful home with ample room for our family. The boardwalk and bay were in walking distance. We would stay here again. The only issue we experienced was difficulty getting in and out of the driveway due to the construction vehicles parked on both sides of the street in front of the house as well as the dumpster located directly across from the house.
