Waves for Days! The views from our oceanfront townhome will leave you feeling you are surrounded by the waves. A++ Views!! Watch and be mesmerized by Waves for Days!! Amenities galore, quiet south end of Seaside, just walk across the street to the beach for bonfires, clamming, sand dollar hunts, bodyboarding and relaxing beach walks. A quarter mile to Eateries, Golf and Upscale Family Market. Just a 1.5 mile walk or bike ride to downtown Seaside, Aquarium and Arcade.

Enjoy the use of our six beach cruisers, beach wagon, corn hole, kites, beach chairs, dog crates, gas grill and hot tub!

Each of the spacious four bedrooms has an attached full bath. The bedroom on the first floor has a king-sized bed and attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Step out on the patio to use our hot tub with views of the trees and mountains! Also on the first floor is an attached garage with beach toys, bikes, beach wagon and beach equipment.

On the second floor you will find the spacious kitchen, dining area, living room and the second bedroom. The ocean-view kitchen is truly fit for a chef! It well-equipped with stainless steel appliances including a six-burner gas stove. There is abundant prep space and a large center island.

The living room features beautiful ocean views, a gas fireplace and comfy sofas. There is also a seating area next to the windows for enjoying views of the waves and the warmth of the fireplace. Tucked away next to the dining area is a small table fit for two and perfect for gaming or working from home!

There is also a large dining table with more views of the water which seats eight. Enjoy having a wet bar next to the dining room table complete with a wine cooler. Steps from the table is an intimate patio made for two. This is the spot to enjoy your morning coffee or end the day with a glass of wine.

This floor also has a powder room and the second bedroom. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, huge walk-in closet, TV and en suite bathroom with a tub shower combo. There is a large east-facing deck off this bedroom with views of the mountain and trees. The deck has a gas grill, dining table and lounge chairs.

Step up to the third floor where the ocean views are breathtaking! The master bedroom is on this floor. The en suite master bathroom features two separate vanities, large, jetted tub with ocean view and separate tiled shower. The master bedroom also features a giant walk-in closet, large, flat-screen TV, a desk for those that need to work and a comfortable seating area right next to the windows. You will feel as though you are surrounded by the waves from the spot! Simply amazing!

Also on this floor is the fourth bedroom. This bedroom has two queen sized beds, TV, huge walk-in closet and large attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Dog fee in the amount of $15/dog/night, not to exceed 2 dogs with a $30 minimum/dog. Any additional fees owed will be added after booking. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and spayed or neutered. The contract will note the full requirements. $15 per poop left on property after departure will be deducted from damage deposit.

Beautiful property in the perfect location

This beachfront property is ideally located just outside downtown Seaside in close proximity to Cannon Beach and all that the Oregon Coast has to offer.The property was perfect for our family vacation. The owners had it well stocked and communication was seamless. They made everything so easy! We hope to come stay again soon!

Perfect Location and Property

You can tell by the pictures that the property is great; spacious, stocked and beautiful. What isn’t so clear is how perfect the location is. It is on the beach, away from crowded the tourist area and very easy 5 minute drive to all the attractions. It’s quiet, away from crowds, central to everything and just an easy place to get away.

Waves for Days

Staying at Waves was a nice prime location. My friends and I had a great time with a beautiful view of the sunsets and ocean. We were a couple minutes walk across from the beach--to which, at night we built a nice bonfire with smores. There was a hiking trail to the left, several minutes down. And the popular Osprey Cafe and Seaside Market were also within walking distance. Place was also very clean, so I felt comfortable and right at home when I arrived. Kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommended.

Sibling Road Trip

Beautiful, inviting, pristine clean and comfortable property. Hosts were great, accomodating and responded immediately to questions and requests. Slamming ocean views on two levels of "Waves for Days"! Great location. Peaceful and easy driving access. Parking at property. Large, individual suites provided private, quiet time when desired. Beautiful kitchen. The WOW, however, is the OCEAN VIEW from several areas in the home and beach access right across the street. Highly recommend!

Another wonderful beach stay

This is our fourth year staying at this property. The location of the home and ocean views are incredible. The home is clean and well stocked, and communication with the hosts is very easy. We would highly recommend staying at this property, and hope to do so again next year.

Amazing!

Absolutely fantastic property! Not only was the view incredible (from every door - the ocean is right there!), but it was incredibly clean and well maintained.It’s an easy walk either down the beach or down the street to downtown.Absolutely recommend - this was the most perfect place to stay while visiting Seaside!

Ocean Getaway

This is an amazing property in a beautiful area of the coast! My family, 3 boys, 2 college age and one middle school along with girlfriends had such an amazing family getaway. The house was immaculate! So clean and well stocked. Really impressed with everything you need to cook and entertain in the kitchen. The view was breath taking and the home was cozy, clean and so well suited for our group. We loved that every room had it's own bathroom and privacy. Perfect Place in Seaside

Gorgeous home with a lovely view. The house was equipped with bikes and is not too far from town. We got to enjoy a family bike ride, which was a highlight of our trip!The host did a great job of responding quickly to any question we had. We will definitely stay here again!

Celebrating Mom’s 80th Birthday

Five of us ladies stayed in this property March 6-9 to celebrate my Mom’s 80th birthday. What a fabulous home. It exceeded our expectations in cleanliness and comfortability. The open floor plan made it so easy to cook and hang out together. And the ocean view is stunning! The house had all of the creature comforts and was well stocked. The bikes, hot tub, BBQ, gas fireplace and coffee maker were all in good working condition. The mattresses were perfect. We had the best time and are looking forward to going back for another visit. The owners were fantastic and easy to communicate with. Did I mention how clean and beautiful the house is?? It’s a great place for a family reunion as every bedroom has its own bathroom. We had the best time! Mahalo!

Family Time

Wow!!! What a house! Great location and amenities. We were able to walk across the street to stroll on the beach every morning. We also took the bikes out and had the best time. There were 6 of us and this house was perfect. More than enough space for us to be together when we wanted and also retreat to our own spaces when we wanted to. We were so happy to see that the house was clean. You just never know sometimes. 10 out of 10 would recommend renting this property. Great communication from host.

Enjoyable

The property is located directly across from the ocean and when you wake up in the morning you can just see the water coming towards you the kitchen is just wonderful it's a nice and large enough for 3 of us at one time.we enjoyed cooking in it very much we didn't get to use the barbecue or the hot tub it was very stormy we even had a night where the electricity went out on us which it was kind of nice cuz we got to eat our dinner by candlelight the beds are very comfy the house was just very relaxing to sit and look at the ocean and we play games took walks on the beach we loved the fact that we didn't have to drive anywhere it was very nice we'll be sure to come back

Great family or friends getaway

This is a beautiful, well maintained, and clean home. It was great for our family as it is comfortably large and everyone had their own bedroom, bathroom, and privacy. The ocean views are incredible & beach easily accessible. Interaction with the hosts is very quick and responsive. I would, however, hesitate to suggest this home to elderly with mobility problems as it is a multi level home with stairs.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with this modern town home that had all the amenities. We loved the location across the street from beach and a nice walking distance into Seaside. The sound and the views of the waves delighted all of us.
