"Was for family"

"I had a great stay at the Peaceful Getaway in Sedgwick. Listing was just as described. Very cute and clean tiny home with everything an individual or couple might need. Beautiful spot to relax, and close to Blue Hill and other wonderful areas. (I recommend a walk through the Harriman Point Preserve in nearby Brooklin.) Check-in process was great, and although the main house is nearby it felt very private. I highly recommend this spot. "

"Stayed here unplanned after our car needed to go in unexpectedly and absolutely loved it! Adorable set up. The owner was incredibly nice, even helped us pick our car when it was ready. Staying with all the animals was so much fun. Hiking bald mountain was so cool, we got to ID some new lichen and mushrooms. P.S. the eggs are delicious and I think their horse just had a foal right before we left!?"

"Pros: Very quiet, clean and comfortable. The bed was great (despite some other reviewers dislikes) and the check-in process was relatively easy. Just a short drive to Camden and Rockland and most everything is right off of the main road in both towns. Cons: There is a main office there, but they do not do anything with regards to reservations. There is no way to check-in early or discuss anything reservation related with someone in person on the site, you are required to go through the...

"Second time staying. One of the best places we've stayed at. Great location, very clean, and the hosts are truly and sincerely friendly. Seriously, the host are fantastic human beings and great to chat with! (Also, their dogs are adorable!)"

"This is a charming, rustic property in a lovely setting and extremely quiet and peaceful! Our host Carol is wonderful, very thoughtful and helpful a truly lovely person! She shares great recommendations for hiking, fun places to get almost any kind of food you may be craving. This is not a fancy cottage, it's absolutely perfect for relaxing and is a perfect location for hiking and exploring. The stairs are very steep and the old fashioned claw foot tub with shower needs to be navigated...

"We used the cabin as a home base to explore Acadia while having a fun and beautiful place to come back and see the sunsets and sunrises on the water. The little heater was enough to keep us warm during the chilly fall week we were there. Was a great spot for the two of us!"

"Poperty is very private in location and absolutely amazing. House was very clean and well equipped for all needs. We hosted a couple of dinners in the dinniing room. The kitchen had everything we needed for our lobster bake night and our italian night. We would highly recommend this poperty if you are looking for private and spacious home."

"We loved the apartment! The location was great. We were disappointed that the restaurant on the beach was closed, but that was not the fault of Suites by the Sea. We found plenty of other restaurants close by to enjoy. "
