"The hotel was beautiful and well equipped. The only issue we had was with parking… it was “challenging” and we weren’t given enough guidance on what we should do. It wasn’t the hotel per se, but it was the parking garage we weren’t given enough instructed to use. We had 2 other families with us… and both had issues with payment, and getting our vehicles out of the garage. It was challenging, to put it lightly."
