"Arrived at the property. Still dirty, linens were still in tje washer. Door was open We walked right imside. Nothing was cleaned. They offered to fix it by sending a cleaning crew the next day. Okay, we went grocery shopping. Only to come back and discover the refrigerator was not working. I was melted in the freezer. Light in the refrigerator was broken. Getting ahold of someone was much more difficult then expected. Property mangment need to restructure the chain of command. They offer to move...

"The house was great had everything we needed super clean TVs in every room kitchen had everything you need . The host was awesome very responsive. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t right. I would recommend to family and friends and would definitely stay again. "

"Beautiful property, with space to spread out and explore. Quiet area, which made for a peaceful getaway. Older house, but well-maintained and it had everything we needed. We appreciated the open kitchen/living/dining space and we enjoyed our brief trip down to the creek. "

"From the booking to closing the door the last time our stay was great! This home was exactly as advertised - comfortable, nicely furnished and a great location. Communication with the owner could not have been better. We would definitely consider choosing this home again when our travels take us to Katy. "

"What a WONDERFUL venue for a family gathering. Another great feature...the property is "senior" friendly. Spaciousness, private bathrooms for 6 of the bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds are just a few of the outstanding features of this property. Christa was great to work with. She was extremely responsive to my questions. All the cousins said they want to come back again."

"The check in process was super easy and everything was set out and ready to go. The kitchen was amazing with everything we needed for an extended stay and lots of family to cook for! "

"This house truly makes you feel like home with all the needs taken care of. The house is so comfortable and charming. The neighborhood is safe and friendly and close to everything in Bellville. We even learned to play pickleball with the equipment provided in the house. An overall wonderful experience and a great place to stay!"

"Exactly as shown in pictures, the whole home was clean, spacious and the host was very kind and responsive to any questions we had. The kids (3&5) loved the toy table that was located in the kitchen- definitely an unexpected bonus!- I highly recommend this property if you’re considering visiting the Houston area, travel time was better than expected to ColorFactory and Dig World and the neighborhood is very much quiet and not too busy."

"It was really a nice place and a nice area. I had never been to this part of Texas before and I fell in love. There is so much right next to the unit to get into, I honestly want to come back. And the unit was great too, two master suite with a back porch. If I do come back (which is a strong possibility) Im looking here first!"
