"I was disappointed by the lack of clarity regarding the spa facilities. The online advertisement states that the hotel has spa facilities, which was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. Unfortunately, we were only informed upon arrival that there was an additional £40 charge to use them. This information should be clearly stated in the advertisement so guests can make an informed decision before booking. Greater transparency would help avoid disappointment and improve the overall guest...

"The whole 3 nights were so easy and chilled. Then a fantastic breakfast every morning cooked and served by Larry. Larry is such a welcoming host .nothing too much for him and a weakth of local knowledge. Cant wait to rerurn in the summer. We had a family room and was very spacious and clean all in pine to keep the charm of this rustic farm manor house . Definitely return !"

"Fabulous country house style stay - there is a sweeping driveway through mature gardens. The history of the house is fascinating - the monkey puzzle tree is a late addition at 1913. Staff are so kind and friendly and the food is all freshly cooked to order with generous portions. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely visit."

I’m really glad they had fenced, secure parking in the back because the neighborhood is not safe. The building across the street had broken windows in it. Our section was the older section, so there was no air conditioning. We requested a fan and opened the windows overnight. Several times during the night I heard angry men yelling loudly. I have no idea what...

Dovevamo fare checkout alle 4 del mattino e il personale ci ha proposto chiamarci al telefono in camera per la sveglia, ho gradito l'attenzione. Per via della partenza a quell'ora non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. Camera spaziosa, personalmente non gradisco il bagno con il wc separato. Letto comodo, asciugacapelli presente, wifi...

"If location is important this is not the hotel for you. We spent much of our day waiting at bus stops to get back and forth. Other than that it was fine. Nice room and it was clean. Comfortable bed too. Not happy with the coffee machine downstairs, expensive and terrible quality. Would not stay again."

"Nice three star hotel near the train station in a converted building that has an industrial modern remodel. My room had a small kitchenette and small couch. laundry machines available on the sixth floor. Near City Hall and the Leonardo, where many tour buses pick up passengers."
