"The Manager and staff were very helpful and focused on providing us with a great experience. The hotel is very comfortable and the Beach Club is great!"

"Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!"

"The bar was awesome but my room was completely dirty the bathroom was nasty..I told front desk and they sent someone to clean it but they didn't do anything because everything was the same. So after a long drive we had to clean our own room.. the three days I was there I didn't want any service because I wanted my room to stay clean like we had it...but other than that everything else was nice "

"I will not stay there again the staff were rude!!! They were rude checking out and they were rude when we needed towels. We go to Panama multiple times a year and that was the worst place to stay so far. We will just pay the extra and stay where we know that we actually like "

From the thoughtful additions of things like robes, slippers, room spray, a room of treats for the kids on every level, front beach access, beautiful pools and firepit areas, to the welcoming staff that felt like family by night 2... we will be back again and again! "Place was awesome-very old Florida vibe. Fantastic location and very tidy. Would have loved a fan option. The only reason 3 stars is our neighbors were obnoxiously drunk, so only a few hours of sleep. Had we not shared a common area, would have probably been fine. Will try staying again b/c place was super cozy-just bad neighbors."

"This was a great place for us to stay with our family while in town for our niece's wedding. Having the main bedroom upstairs from the rest of the house was nice to be able to break away from people when needed. Communication from the management staff was prompt and clear, and they even helped us when we needed an item we couldn't find in the house. My only tip is that if you book through this management company, plan to bring all of your food and seasoning supplies. Unlike some vacation...

"The internet was trash, so you know dont depend on the internet. My son seen lizards going in room 258 when he was coming from pool, so of course y kids was scared the entire night. They was saying how lizards could come in our room. "
