"Great place and a convenient stay. A warning - the top bunk is really only suitable for a child unless you want to bang your head into the ceiling in the middle of the night. Would recommend!"

"The Rye Motor Inn was a delightful stay! Still maintained a retro look with all modern conveniences. Large room with sitting area, kitchen, and a bathrm with heated floor. Beach across the street with dogs allowed in that beach area…Bonus! Restaurants nearby. Wish I could’ve stayed longer."

"Because of this private location when you look out your window all you see are trees and bushes. However it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach."

"Sandra was a great host and IMMEDIATELY responded to ally our inquiries. The fenced in yard was great for the dog! Plenty of places to enjoy morning coffee outside. It was an easy walk to beach! We even found a bagel shop! "

"It was nice to be within walking distance of the gorgeous span of Atlantic ocean beach. The house was in a great location. Beds were grsar, we all slept well. The bathroom was kind of gross and outdated (esp the shower), furniture appeared to be curb finds. For the nightly price i expected a bit nicer accomodations. Overall though host was fantastic, location was great, too. We were there for just a night stopover before flying out the next morning"

"This was an amazing and comfortable space. You couldn't ask for a better location, right on the harbor in the heart of Rockport. Gloucester is just down the road and that is a lively place. I highly recommend this space.."

"This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. "
