The elevators were out of order many times during our stay resulting in our family, including a child with an ankle fracture, having to walk up 8 flights of stairs multiple times. Had requested a pack and play and it was all set up when we arrived. We also received early check in which was wonderful with a fussy baby! The pool was a little scary which was a disappointment especially coming from snowy Canada. Otherwise a nice stay!
