    Wake up to sweeping ocean views in this beautifully located 2BR/2BA second-floor villa in Atrium Villas. Just steps from the beach and directly across from the Seabrook Island Beach Club, you'll have easy access to pools, oceanfront dining, and island amenities—all within a short stroll.

    Inside, the open-concept living space is bright and inviting, with floor-to-ceiling doors framing the ocean. The fully stocked kitchen flows into a comfortable living area and dining for 4—perfect for relaxing after a beach day. Step outside to the expansive private deck, accessible from the living room and both bedrooms, and enjoy multiple seating areas for dining, lounging, or soaking in the sea breeze.

    Both bedrooms offer en-suite baths and direct deck access. The primary suite features a king bed and peaceful ocean views, while the guest room includes two queen beds—ideal for families or friends.

Property was lovely, perfectly situated, just as described and pictured online. Balcony was a terrific place for morning coffee and family dinners in the evening. Right across the street from the club pool and close access to beach. Parking so convenient and covered. We loved our stay!

Great location and very clean property. We have spent a lot of time on Kiawah, but Seabrook is just as nice. We would stay here again. Would suggest that the property upgrades its pots and pans and general cooking instruments. Again, we would stay here again.

A Great Getaway!

We so enjoyed staying here for a few days. The location is the BEST! It is directly across from the pool and ocean and we totally enjoyed sitting on the patio at night. A great place which we would like to return to in the future!

Family Vacation

The furniture is a bit dated, but the property was as described and the management was very accommodating with great communication. I would highly recommend this property for families and people traveling with a dog. The property grounds are very walkable with dog potty stations easily accessible. We had a great time.

Great getaway

We had a great experience at this property, it was exactly as described. The rental was clean and well-maintained, and a perfect location overlooking the ocean!! Really enjoyed Attrium Villas for our one year anniversary trip to Seabrook Island!

Beautiful, peaceful & clean

Atrium Villa Stay - October 2023

Super location with easy walking distance to pool, beach, restaurants and golf. Property was clean with great amenities. We loved starting each day on the extra large deck with morning coffee and beautiful views. We will definitely be back.

Great accommodation + Great location

Excellent location and a good value on Seabrook Island with very easy access to the pool and golf club. The large beach side deck a big bonus. Kitchen. etc well maintained and well stocked with needed items. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Maui Getaway

This unit was very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. It was an end unit so you could see the mountains or the ocean. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a beach park across the street.

Seabrook Spring Break

Condo has a great view of the ocean! Overall a really nice unit, well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room and bedrooms. We loved the high ceilings, but would be nice to have some kind of shades for the high windows! We would definitely stay there again.

Quick quiet beach getaway

Just what we needed for a quick getaway. The unit is clean and has the essentials. Loved the deck and the view in the morning and in the afternoon. Great spot to have a quiet time. If you’ve never been to the island, just be aware there’s not much in the way of amenities around you but enough if you’re just having a low-key week. Definitely bring bikes as you can bike everywhere.

A short but enjoyable stay

We love Seabrook, in fact we (me and my 2 brothers and spouses) own a home there. But it was one of my brothers 60th birthday and he and his family were staying out the house. We wanted to surprise him for his party so we rented this villa so we could surprise him. We were very comfortable and the view was perfect. Would recommend.

Beautiful Rental Property, great location!

As others noted, this unit is very nicely decorated, has a well stocked kitchen and provided beach chairs and other toys for those with smaller children. It is perfectly situated across from the beach club/pool as well as beach access.... however, pay attention to the tide schedule as the ocean waves come all the way up to the stairs at Boardwalk 7 during high tide. The beach club is a perfect solution having the pool and a sandy beach area with! Communication and details related to the Seabrook Island community have all been great as well.

Fantastic trip!

Our family has been visiting Seabrook for a couple summers, and while we have stayed at the Atrium before, this was our first time at this particular unit. It was PERFECT. Clean, beautifully decorated, and gorgous views. Additionally we absolutely loved the spaciousness of the condo and veranda, the location to the beach/Pelican's Nest/pool, and the ease of check-in/out process. As an added bonus, I can't speak highly enough for Nancy and her team. They were so kind, helpful, and answered right away whenever I had a question. We absolutely loved our vacation!

Great Spring Vacay

Great location! Few minor issues were promptly addressed after reporting. Unit was clean, comfortable and quiet. Kitchen had basics for cooking. No tin foil or plastic wrap. Bare minimum supplies. Would be nice to have plastic storage for leftovers.

Weekend Getaway

It was a great weekend getaway! Everything we needed and perfect location, with gorgeous views!! I will say finding the actual condo was a little challenging but that could be solved with signage on the property. Loved the amenity card concept, the communication about submitting information for the cards wasn't super clear, and while the reality office was beyond helpful and friendly, those we encountered working in the amenities office were less so. Not that it could spoil our weekend but, I would say that their customer service skills could definitely use some work. That being said, we loved the whole place, the condo, the beach, the pool, and Seabrook Island as a whole, the rest of the family was jealous and want us to come back for Mother's Day!

Spring Getaway

We rented this property for a week to go to our daughter's college graduation and stay and relax afterwards. We received a text before our 4pm check in to let us know the property was ready. When we got to the property, access into the condo was very easy via keypad. The directions the rental company provided were very easy. The 2br 2ba condo was very clean and they had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, coffee machine etc. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms very clean. The patios open up towards the club and the sun rises were amazing. The condo came with a closet full of items to take with us to use on the beach along with kid sand toys and activities. The beach is still quiet this time of year and everyone we met was very friendly and courteous. We will definitely book this property again in the future.

New Favorite

We tried to find reasons for this property to not be our new favorite. No matter what we thought of, the property brought new positive surprises. This Atrium Villa has the views, the comfort, and the perks you need for an extremely relaxing vacation. We highly recommend renting a Low Speed Vehicle (golf cart) from Golfcart.fun when you stay here. Also, make sure to check out Charleston. This property is within 30 minutes of the great food and history hidden in Charleston. There are many ammenities on Seabrook Island, but make sure you ask many questions and read all information the property managers provide or you may miss important needs or restrictions limited by the Home Owners Associations of Seabrook Island. Above all, this is a new favorite for our annual beach vacation. This is an absolute gem and a must visit when visiting the east coast. South Carolina is a beautiful state and honestly this is a much more relaxing location and more low key than the upscale Hilton Head area. Enjoy your stay! I promise you will.
