  • ¡Bienvenido a 3012 Marsh Haven! Esta hermosa casa de 5 dormitorios tiene algunas de las vistas de pantano más magníficas que Seabrook tiene para ofrecer. Sentado en el Capitán Sam's Creek, disfrutará de toda la naturaleza que esta casa tiene para ofrecer.

    Al entrar en la casa, será recibido con una sensación sureña de playa. Inmediatamente a la izquierda está el comedor formal con capacidad para 8 personas y a la derecha está el área de la sala de estar con un televisor de pantalla plana. Estas habitaciones conducen a la cocina totalmente renovada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable renovados y hermosas encimeras de granito. El espacio de la cocina es perfecto para el entretenimiento con grandes ventanales, una mesa de comedor adicional para 4 y una pequeña sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana. Hay un medio baño para invitados, ubicado justo al lado del hall de entrada.

    El dormitorio principal está en el primer piso, que incluye una cama Queen, TV, baño privado y acceso al porche. El porche proyectado ofrece excelentes vistas de la naturaleza, y las cubiertas al aire libre de varios niveles son perfectas para tomar el aire fresco.

    Las otras cuatro habitaciones están en el segundo nivel de la casa. Tres de las habitaciones tienen habitaciones de matrimonio, mientras que la última habitación tiene un conjunto de camas gemelas. También hay dos baños ubicados en este nivel. Una de las habitaciones queen tiene baño privado y las otras tres habitaciones comparten baño. Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con televisores privados.

Perfect home for a large family stay!

My family and I enjoyed the house very much, there was enough space for everyone to have their own space, but also large dining areas for everyone to gather. Good location from Freshfields, we come to Seabrook every year as a family, and will be looking into this house again!

Seabrook

Excellent. We used to own in that area and love it. We still own property on the island. It's one of our favorite places and the house was perfect.

Perfect for a large group

We had a ladies retreat with about 12 women and the space was perfect! The views are beautiful and the house was clean. Thank you!

5 star stay

The house was just perfect for us. We were able to bike to the beach easily. House photos are just as advertised and plenty of space! If I have to suggest anything I would say some of the kitchen pans are old and there was only 1 tea towel and one dish cloth for the week - would be nice to have 2. but overall amazing stay!

Holidays In Seabrook

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seabrook during the Holidays of 2022. The Captain's Creek House was very accommodating with plenty of room for our family reunion. Despite some problems with the appliances...both the dishwasher and microwave stopped working....we had a wonderful time. This is a very nice house....highly recommend for family fun!

Relaxed, charming, lovely!

Location is quiet and friendly. We rode bikes all over the island and also rented the golf cart which made getting to the beach easier. House was fully stocked and comfortable for 4 kids and 4 adults. Diahes did need some washing upon arrival, but otherwise the house was very vlean. Bed were comfy roo!

Great week!

We had a great week in this very comfortable home. There were 11 of us--9 adults and 2 kids, 8 and 6--and we had plenty of room to spread out. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable, but apparently not so much for the others. The grandkids loved the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom! All in all, it was a great stay!

Great house and a good price

We really enjoyed our stay at the house! We had 4 friends running the Kiawah Half Marathon and it worked out great for us--plenty of room for all. The house was very clean. The only problem we had was figuring out the TVs. We could have called the property manager but never got around to it. We will stay again!

Seabrook - 3012 Marsh Haven

Great for families with entertainment and ample space to spread out. Rent the golf cart! Situated in a quiet area with marsh views crabbing dock. House needs some TLC - reupholstery on cushions and pain on interior. Range top cracked and two burners working. Need smart person to manage a variety of TVs on WIFI. Would go back again.

Family & Friends time

We had 10 family and friends that gathered for our annual vacation it was a first time to Charleston area for most. We enjoyed the home very much the check in process and manager was great the home has new owners since we booked it months in advance the new owner is making some renovations but it did not interrupt our stay. The golf cart addition is a definite hit with the young adults in our group. Overall a great vacation and we loved the island would definitely come again.

Spacious comfortable property

The house was perfect for an extended family gathering of ages ranging from 0 - 72. Large master on the main (drawback is that it is right off of the kitchen/TV area) with 4 large bedrooms upstairs including another room that could considered a master. Huge basement/play area, access to the garage, 2 refrigerators, great dining room, and the kitchen was well equipped. It had everything we needed to make our weekend fantastic. Only feedback would be to send the check-out instructions with the check-in (and again before check-out). Not everyone reads their email on vacation.

Spacious and quiet retreat

This home was perfect for our group of 8. The home is beautifully furnished with lots of areas to gather and chat in comfort. The rear deck and screened in porch are lovely. The house suits on a large lot(maybe a double lot or 1.5?) So you feel very secluded on the back porches. The kitchen was well appointed with 2 ovens and even an electric griddle which we used for french toast. Windows, doors and blinds were all in good shape and easy to use to allow fall breezes to pass through the house. We would definitely stay at this house again with a group of this size.

From the ease of checking in to the beautiful home it could not have been better. Would recommend this house 100% and Sweetgrass Properties was wonderful to rent through. No hiccups. This home beautiful!!

Great stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. The communication with Sweetgrass was excellent and response time was good. We rented bikes and a golf cart to use to get around. It was a little ways to the pool and beach. Golf cart is definitely easier if you have stuff to carry. House had ample room and all your basic needs. The mattresses weren't the best and kitchen did not have a ton of storage for food. 2 refrigerators was wonderful. There is a not a bathroom for basement room so that was a little inconvenient for those sleeping downstairs. Overall, great stay! We loved Seabrook and will be back to Seabrook next year.

Perfect Family Getaway

This was a great family getaway home. The home had great space for different groups to enjoy each others company and kitchen had all the right items to prepare simple meals, etc. Plenty of parking and beautiful peaceful backyard. Beds weren't very comfortable, and one downside was having to walk through the twin room or bathroom to get to one of the queen bedrooms upstairs. Overall this was a great home!

Wonderful Trip

House is great for a group with gathering areas and fully stocked kitchen. Lovely marsh view with lots of wildlife. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy and very quiet being off the main road. My recommendation to the owner/mgmt team is to clean and repair the grill. On full heat it would only get to 325 deg which can make cookouts difficult.

Wonderful!

The house was beautiful and very spacious for our party of 10. The interior was very aesthetically pleasing and the backyard view was beautiful. Our children enjoyed the board games available and we were relieved to see a few child proof (plastic) dishes for them to use as well as beautiful dishes for the rest of us. It was a nice distance from the larger cities, but close enough to not have a long drive. We would definitely stay here again!
