  • Le encantará las vistas desde este espacioso, 4700 pies cuadrados, casa de cuatro dormitorios en la hermosa isla de Seabrook. Una gran cubierta, con piscina privada, con vistas a la cala del capitán Sam y un pantano de marea con una abundancia de vida silvestre. La casa está a pie o en bicicleta la distancia (1/4 milla) de la playa. Es una milla de la playa del club (que cuenta con dos piscinas, vistas al mar, restaurante y playa de acceso) y el Club House. Servicios Tarjetas de usar estos se proporcionan cuando usted alquila nuestra casa. Las playas de Seabrook son conocidos por ser, magníficas puestas de sol con poca gente, y los delfines se pueden ver nadando en el océano (también de nuestro patio trasero a veces).

    Primer piso incluye:
    El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, televisión, amplio baño completo y puertas correderas a la terraza y la piscina.
    Un segundo dormitorio en el primer piso tiene una cama doble, televisión y baño completo independiente.
    Hay una gran cocina completamente equipada con zona de desayuno, parrilla de gas en la cubierta, sala de estar, sala con televisión de pantalla de plasma, comedor formal, sala de polvo, y lavadero.
    La cubierta tiene una piscina privada, sala de sillas, mesas y sillas, y una parrilla de gas.

    El segundo piso incluye:
    Hay dos dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y una segunda con dos camas dobles. Ellos comparten un baño Jack y Jill con bloqueo de ducha / bañera y WC.

    Para las actividades no es el golf en dos cursos en la isla (seis más a los diez minutos de la entrada de las islas), tenis, pesca de cangrejos, centro ecuestre (caballo por la playa a caballo), la natación en el club de playa, kayaking, montar en bicicleta, y el campamento de un niño. A poca distancia en coche y estás en Charleston histórico con gran comedor, museos, Carolina del Sur acuario, tiendas y galerías. Bohicket Marina se encuentra a las afueras de la puerta que ofrece alquiler de barcos a motor, excursiones de pesca, paddleboarding, alquiler de kayak y excursiones ecológicas.

Linda was always very responsive and easy to communicate with before and during our stay! Great location! Kids enjoyed hours at the pool with beautiful marsh views. A quick golf ride to beach access!

Our family came together from NY, Florida, Tennessee and Colorado. We loved this house and location. The pool was nice (warmer than expected) and convenient. We enjoyed our stay here and would return anytime

Loved the location of this home and the views over the pool to the marsh. Bedrooms were very comfortable. We had a very nice, relaxing stay.

Gorgeous view!

The marsh location gets five stars alone! We loved the pool…many evenings spent floating and stargazing. Our family of six enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Linda is so easy to work with. Hopefully we will be able to come stay again!

Our family had an amazing stay. We absolutely loved the view and location. Amazing to have our own pool at the house. House layout is great and there was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy a week with family. Would definitely book house again.

Seabrook getaway

Our stay at Linda’s house was fabulous. She was a wonderful hostess and made our vacation trouble free. The house was better than advertised. Very spacious and extremely clean. The pool and marsh view were pleasant surprises. Very quiet neighborhood and would definitely consider renting there again on our next family trip to Seabrook.

Fantastic Time

Second time staying at this location. House is very nice and maintained and pool is perfect retreat from the heat. We ran out of propane and a new tank was brought out to us same day. Thanks again for the stay.

Best house on Seabrook

I have rented dozens of houses on Kiawah and Seabrook over the last 20 years, and this house was my absolute favorite. Beautiful marsh view of the sunrise, fantastic deck/pool area for entertaining and relaxing, and super spacious home, all within a short walk to the best part of the beach at Boardwalk #1 which is the closest to the dolphin strand-feeding area. Clean, comfy and well stocked. And as a bonus, Linda is a super nice owner who is very responsive. Book with total confidence. We will be back!

Perfect location on Seabrook’s Captain Sam’s Creek

We have stayed on Seabrook Island several times and we were happy to find a house to rent Captain Sam’s Creek. The house is well appointed with everything needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. Although it could use some updating, it is understandable for a rental to show some use. The pool doesn’t seem to be heated so it was a bit chilly since it was early April and it had been cold there. We rented kayaks and had easy access to the creek. Perfect mornings for coffee on the deck, super quick access to beach, we’ll be back for sure!

Porta Potty with a View

Host does not maintain the house. The listing should not be valued at this price. This experience demonstrated poor communication both with the host and Vrbo. The issues that we experienced during this stay ultimately forced us to end our vacation early. Vrbo would not help with refund unless photo evidence of raw sewage under the house was provided. Our stay was marred by several significant issues, rendering our vacation far from enjoyable. These problems included: Live and dead cockroaches present in every room of the house. Roaches were seen crawling out of outlets and in sinks. Four different service professionals were present on the property for four days of our stay, more than half of our rental period, to address an onslaught of maintenance issues including electrical, pool maintenance, plumbing, and cleaning service. The most distressing issue during our stay was the raw sewage leak. The leak and associated fumes rendered the property uninhabitable, forcing 10 guests to evacuate the premises. This incident not only disrupted our vacation plans but also posed a health and safety risk to a toddler, pregnant person, and older adults. Throughout our stay, the various maintenance issues and other concerns were met with a lack of care and responsiveness from the host. This uncooperative attitude left us feeling dismissed and stressed for what was meant to be a vacation. I wish there was a way to give 0 stars as I believe this is an accurate review.

October Family Beach Trip 2022

Our family couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and spacious home for our October Family Beach Trip! This lovely home was perfect for our large family! We had everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen, lovely bathrooms, cozy den and grand entertaining great room! The large pool and amazing deck area was perfect for lots of family fun all week. We were so happy that the property was right near the marsh-perfect for viewing the gorgeous sunrises each day! Secluded in a quiet cul de sac, we couldn't have chosen a more perfect place for our October Beach Trip!

A week in paradise

This was our fifth trip to Seabrook island and first time at this house. The trip included my wife and I plus our three kids and grandma. The house is enormous compared to other places we have stayed. The rooms are great size and exceeded every space expectation. It is further from the beach than some houses we have stayed in, but it was a 1 minute drive to the closest boardwalk … we only drove to avoid complaints from the kids. Having our own pool was life changing because of all the new rules at the beach front pool on the island. The kids enjoyed splashing around the pool at all hours, and parents enjoys the stunning view and quiet / secluded yard. We had some issues with the thermostat, but the property manager was easy to reach. The kitchen has a ton of dishes / equipment (microwave took a long time to heat anything up but everything else worked well); we were surprised that there were no spices/condiments etc… so plan to have your own. There were a lot more paper towels, toilet paper, soap than we typically find. We will definitely consider returning on our next trip. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful!

Wonderful week staying in this beautiful, well appointed home. It was clean, amazingly well stocked, and super comfortable. The pool overlooking the marsh made this the perfect place for our family, including 4 small children, to spend a relaxing week together. Highly recommend.
