703 Spinnaker

This fabulous Spinnaker has it all! 703 Spinnaker is an end-unit townhome that has three bedrooms and has been completely updated. You and your guests will enjoy amazing ocean views from every window. From either of the two decks you can watch the sun rise in the morning to the east and the sky turn bright oranges and reds as the sun sets in the evening over the Edisto River. Walk to Seabrook Island's two championship golf course, the Beach Club pools, dining at the Clubhouse and Pelican's Nest, and Seabrook's 3.5 miles of white sand beaches. This townhome is the perfect Seabrook Island vacation home.

When you enter the home, you will first notice this expansive water view through the wall of windows facing the ocean. The great room features cathedral ceilings and a bright blue decor that reminds you that you are at the beach. Comfortable rattan and upholstered furnishings in the great room invite you to relax. Watch your favorite TV shows or movies on the large tv. Enjoy quiet conversation with your family and friends while lounging in the separate seating area facing the ocean. Step through the sliding doors to the deck where you can enjoy afternoon drinks or relax while grilling dinner on the gas grill. The kitchen is open to the great room and has been completely updated.The adjacent dining room is surrounded by windows and has a table for 6. There is seating for one more guest at the kitchen island.

There are three bedrooms in this townhome. The first floor bedroom has a king, four post bed. An armoire holds a large HDTV and can easily accommodate your vacation clothing. Just outside the door is a full, hall bath that has a tiled shower/tub and a granite topped vanity. Head upstairs to the 2nd floor where there are two additional bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom (master) has a king bed, HDTV, and sliding doors accessing a sun deck. Wake up early and watch the sun rise over the ocean. Retreat with a book and catch the sun's rays during the afternoon. You will love the views of the ocean and Deveaux Banks beyond. The 3rd bedroom has a full bed and TV. A full bath sits between the two upstairs bedrooms. It has been updated and has tile flooring, a vanity with granite, and a tiled shower with glass doors.

In addition to having beautiful views and a gorgeous decor, this home is located just steps from the Seabrook Island Clubhouse, its two championship golf courses, Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds, dining at Bohicket Lounge, the Palmetto Room and the Pelican's Nest, and the Beach Club pools.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
​​​​​​​MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Pets are NOT allowed

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Perfect Location

We all had a great time at this property and particularly enjoyed the fantastic location. Just steps away from the Club House and a short walk to the beach. The unit is in some need of minor repair, but I think the cost is reflective of that.

Independence Day

Location was perfect. We enjoyed watching the parade from our window and easy access to the beach/pool area. The place was clean and well stocked. Only concern is air conditioning. On the main floor little air came out of the vents. Some vents had no air flow. This resulted in needing fans to run on that floor as it was uncomfortable otherwise. On the 2nd floor the AC was overpowered and too cool. However, needed it to keep running to compensate for the poor airflow on the first floor. If this is addressed I would book again.

Family Vacation

The property was clean, easy access to beach club and beach. Enjoyed the kids activities for the beach club. Tie dye shirts and s'mores by the fire were great fun for our 9 year old grand daughter. Would definitely recommend the property!

Perfect location and beautiful island. Bery close to Charleston, the South Carolina tea garden and many other things to do. A very easy walk to the beach and pool. Great place to rent some bikes ride around the neighborhood

Best Family Vacay!

Absolutely the best! Met all of our expectations. We were a little lost at first but figured put where to access the beach at, on boardwalk 2. Definitely worth the drive and walk down, beautiful path I might add. Loved the secluded feel of the area. Food was great as well! So thankful we chose to stay here, Definitely will be back!

Great location and property

- perfect location to food and beach. Although, the closest beach access #8 is still closed. - responsive management: very helpful in preparing for the trip and were responsive when we had problems with the thermostat (resolved quickly). - loved the xplorie options for activities. We appreciated the free bike for the week. - lots of light in the home and lots to watch from the front porch. - do bring bug spray!!!!!!!!! Those critters are relentless. Thanks for making your home available to rent. It was a fantastic experience!

Beautiful

We loved staying at 703 Spinnaker. The location and view were amazing and gave us everything we love about Seabrook. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed, lots of things that were great for cooking. Everything was very clean and the couple of questions I had were answered promptly. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful property across street from beach. Nice part of island to stay. HOme was as described but needs more lighting. Many lightbulbs were missing. Would have been nice to have found the umbrella for the deck table too. Clean. Nice family time.

Perfect location with great views

This villa has views of the water and beautiful trees and is very close to the pool and golf. You cannot ask for a better location. We had 4 teens so the two bedrooms upstairs was perfect for them and allowed the adults to be downstairs. The only negative of the unit is the couches are uncomfortable so aren't suited to an afternoon nap.

Perfect Family Get Away

We had an excellent experience at this house and we hope to use it again. Nancy Buck was extremely helpful getting our stay lined up and was very responsive. The house was very clean and well stocked. The photos and property description did a good job describing everything, so there were no surprises. The house is very convenient to the beach access point, and the pool/restaurant are just a short walk away. Bottom line, this is a great house at a good price. There was plenty of room for our group of 6. We would highly recommend it and hope to rent this property again in the future.

Excellent stay with dolphins right across the street!

My family enjoyed our stay! The ocean was directly across the street with dolphins greeting us in the morning and near sunset. The kids spent hours beach combing and enjoyed the short walking distance to the pool club house. The only recommendation (not for this property but for Seabrook Island) is to have the outdoor pool heated in April.
