This is it.. the paradise you ve been looking for! Welcome to this accessible, open, and pet-friendly 1st-floor perfect for all of your relaxation needs! The location of this unit is ideal and convenient it s a quick mile walk or a few minutes drive to one of the many beach point access areas, close to the golf courses and exceptional Seabrook Island Club amenities.

THE SPACE

This 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom space is comfortable, updated, and has modern touches with coastal decor to make you feel right at home. The living room has cozy seating, (including a queen sleeper sofa) and a flat-screen smart HDTV. The kitchen is bright and fully stocked - ready for you to prep your favorite snack or to throw something on the grill outside! The dining table has seating for 4 and is open to the living area with a wet bar. Take your coffee (Keurig and Mr. Coffee provided!) or drink of choice straight from the wet bar to the oversized covered patio to enjoy the natural beauty of Seabrook Island. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen mattress, and flat-screen smart HDTV to relax and rest before another full day of sun, sand, and Seabrook!

Want to enjoy Seabrook a bit longer while still packing light? No problem! A separate laundry room with a washer and dryer is in the villa for your convenience. You ll also find high-speed internet, cable tv, linens, towels, plenty of books, and a fully stocked kitchen waiting for you!

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

AMENITIES

Amenity cards allow you to enjoy all the facilities Seabrook Island Club has to offer! This card provides all villa guests access to the beautiful resort-style oceanfront pools (seasonal), Osprey Caf , Pelican s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, two world-class golf courses, and tennis courts. Amenity cards are easy to obtain and are available for purchase on a weekly or daily basis for Club amenities (or available at no additional fee for the POA Lake house outdoor pool; fees apply for the indoor pool and fitness center).

THINGS TO DO

With Seabrook s close proximity to Charleston and other special area attractions- you ll find the perfect mix of rest and exploration. Stop by Freshfields Village or Bohicket Marina to find a convenient grocery store, numerous restaurants, and unique shops. Take a bike ride around the island to get even more in touch with nature. Depending on when you stay, you ll notice spectacular wildlife (hello, Sea Turtles and Dolphins!). If that s not enough to keep you busy, the 3+ miles of wide-open beaches surely will!

Pet-friendly villa, allowing you to bring your pups to enjoy the dog-friendly beaches during your stay. Pet fees apply - max 2 dogs.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to the new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guests under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly winter rentals, the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guests under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this Villa. It was clean, well appointed, and easy to access. It's a real bonus that they take my dog. The time with my daughter and my family was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location but very buggy

The place was generally cute and in a great location within Seabrook. The community is very nice, and we enjoyed using the amenities. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a bug problem in the house (multiple palmetto bugs in the living room, spiders all throughout the home and in the bed of the second bedroom). This is probably somewhat a result of the neighborhood being in such a wooded area (which is beautiful - don’t get me wrong), but I prefer to not have to worry about roaches on vacation. We reached out to the rental company about this issue, and they were very responsive and apologetic. They told us to reach out to the property manager, who would come spray. He did not spray and instead left a bottle of Raid on the front porch (which is only used to kill bugs on contact rather than prevent). I complained about this to the rental company, who told me to reach out to the property manager via text message. I reached out to him and never received a response - luckily we didn’t end up seeing any more roaches the rest of the trip. The rest of the place was fine and suited our needs for our short vacation.

I will start with, the property, it was beautiful. There were deer everywhere and the golf course was beautiful! First thing, we arrived at dark. The condo itself was unmarked. When we finally found the right door, the “lock box” was not accessible and the key pad wouldn’t work. I messaged the host, with what sounded like an automated response about renting the condo. I finally located a phone number and the kind lady helped me get in. It took us close to 30 minutes outside with luggage, in the dark. The screen door was nasty, whith a torn screen and it wouldn’t stay open for us to get our bags in. The living room was small, but clean. The left side of the couch required a pillow because it sunk down when you sat on it. The kitchen was small and ok. The pans looked like they had been used for years. The primary bedroom was ok. The Rod iron bed was fairly comfortable, bring your own pillows, theirs are FLAT! The bathroom was a drywall mess behind the toilet. The second bedroom had a HUGE black bug running across the floor, one throw pillow was filthy. The bathroom, for the main house, has the smallest shower and only a curtain. The light is connected to the fan and so loud you can hear it in the living area. One bulb was burnt out over the sink. There was no using the cute back porch/Deck due to it not being clean. There were several doors with locks on the inside in the condo, without access. We were so disappointed, given the area and all the security.

10/10 Location & 10/10 Communication!

The condo location is excellent! Central on the island for easy walking, biking, or driving to the beach on either side of the island. We loved playing on the wild, wide open North Beach and watching beautiful sunsets from Pelican Beach. It was also a short ride/drive to the club houses. The Beach Club was a great amenity, nice pools and good outdoor bar/grill. The condos ground floor access is ideal for seniors and children and the parking is very close to the entrance. Upstairs neighbors are full time residents, very friendly and very quiet. The property management company was so easy to communicate with and they provided very clear arrival details, covering everything you could possibly need for the condo and Seabrook Island. They made it very easy to arrange the Seabrook Amenity cards and vehicle passes before arrival. Also great communication during and after the stay.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

We loved staying at this property. The proximity to the beach and pools were a great asset with two young children under 7years of age. The Freshfields center was also very convenient for when we left the house. Would highly recommend this location.

Island hideaway

Great place to stay, very clean with lots of space. Nice location, pretty neighborhood. Very very quiet at night. Only problem was getting into the condo, I arrived late and the instructions given were not correct. This was all addressed eventually and I had no other issues. I recommend this condo for sure.
