"Great little place. It was quiet and comfortable. We were here for the 4th of July weekend and spent most of our time at the beach, so we didn't get to use the amenities. Would definitely stay here again and make sure to take advantage of the amenities, especially the kayaks. Bring house slippers; you are not going to want to walk barefoot or just in your socks. "The room really needs an upgrade. Old smelly. Grout all around the sink. Chips on the door and furniture. Just felt old and dirty."

"I was a bit worried based off previous reviews but we got what we expected which was just a home base close to the beach for the 4th. It wasnt perfectly spotless but we brought Lysol wipes and made do. The staff member who checked us in was wonderful. There were no bugs or musty smell like other reviews stated. No complaints."

Check in online says 3 PM Found a note on the door that said check-in was 4 PM Came back at 4:50 PM and called the number on the door and they said check-in was 5 PM There are no amenities, no room cleaning unless requested, which we didn’t know. There’s a lot about this motel that we wish we knew before we came. But the room was perfectly clean. I wanna emphasize that. "

"The front desk staff is SOOOO nice! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was relaxing to sit on the deck. My only suggestion to the owner is to get a better bed for the bedroom. The bed was really hard and we both work up with our backs hurting. Other than that, we loved our stay!"

"Such a beautiful home with comfy beds in every room. Loved that we were able to use the items they had to play at the beach comfortably, board games stocked and DVD player upstairs in the game room. Right on the lake was fun to sit near the fire and watch the boats go by. Bugs didnt come out till it got dark so pack your bug spray for night. Overall 10/10 definitely want to stay here again "
