"The setting for the cabin was great…easily accessible to Henry Cowell state park and the downtown area of Felton. If you want a cabin feel in nature, this is your place. The cabin itself is rustic but has everything you need plus amenities like soap, shampoo, dish soap, coffee filters, etc. The cabin was very clean and it was nice to have a porch and a parking spot next to the cabin. "Absolutely a perfect location! On first impression was pleasantly surprised how much space we had. The views were wonderful- harbor and beach waves! Has basic kitchen items, but we made it work. The location is absolutely perfect. We stayed over a week and it would be perfect if there was washer/dryer on site. Initial issue re:bbq, but that was resolved and the handy man/helper was absolutely wonderful, totally about our comfort and needs! What a jewel! Would love to enjoy again."

"Room was clean, very close to the beach and shops… parking was a challenge as we had to drive around for a while to get a spot. We had 3 people and a small dog, loved the fact there was a tv in living room and bedroom… so pretty quiet overall but when the people leaving upstairs it sounds like a hundred people were coming in and out… but overall I would definitely stay here again… the price breakdown was the people who run it charge more than the people who own it… still was a good deal for...
