"The Auberge Hotel is a very nice hotel with comfortable beds, fantastic views of the mountains, the bay and on a clear day you can see all the way to central city. I however found the front desk unhelpful and unprepared at times. From check in, room change to checkout. I am familiar with Discovery Bay but at points had questions about transportation and it was met with subpar information. I had questions about dining and there was no clear answer on I my simple question on breakfast times....

"This is not my first stay here. In fact, I choose this hotel every time I visit Hong Kong. The service has always been consistently excellent. The front desk staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The airport shuttle service is convenient and reliable, making travel much easier. From the moment we checked in to the moment we finished our stay, the staff were all very welcoming, friendly and keen to help wherever they could. The facilities at the hotel were excellent. "We got the King Room, and while the hotel was very nice the room was super small. I was staying with my partner. With two of us in there, and both our suitcases, there was virtually no space to walk around the room. If you don't mind a small room, the hotel is very nice. The staff are great, the restaurants are both beautiful, and the location was pretty convenient."
