"On arrival we were warmly greeted.
We were given a surprise upgrade to a beautiful suite of rooms, all decorated in the art deco style. All the staff here are genuinely helpful, curteous & approachable.
We have been here several times, at different times of the year. We love being near the sea.
The downside is the actual town itself, which has deteriorated over the past few years.
This will not deter us from returning to this comfortable home from home hotel."

Don't get me wrong, the location, and Caistor Hall itself are both great, but the service we received made this an exceptional experience.
We felt right at home, it's posh but without airs & graces, perfect.
Michelle was just lovely, so friendly and helpful, knew the property, it's history, and spoke very highly of the owners (important that the leadership of a place like Caistor Hall is right).

"Amazing apartment, just around the corner from the beach and the pier. Key code entry worked well and we felt safe. Street parking was scarce, so once we got a space we tended to stay there, however OYO helped with a payment link. "
