"We stayed in the Tern cottage for a week with our toddler and baby and had an amazing time. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you would need for a family week away, is very spacious, and furnished to a high standard. The garden was perfect both for our dog and for BBQs. The indoor pool was a real highlight which we used everyday. The cottage is perfectly located in the centre of North Norfolk so you can get to most popular locations within 30-40 minutes maximum. This was the higher...

"Fantastic stay in Swallow Cottage! Clean, had lovely furnishings, and well equipped with everything we needed - particularly the kitchen. Our entire family absolutely loved the pool, which was always spotless and perfect temperature. My son looked forward to swimming in the bubbles (the water jet) at each swim session!
Outdoor area was great as well, as we could sit on the patio and see our son playing on the swings and slide from afar. We all enjoyed watching the rabbits come out in the...

"Staying in woodpecker was relaxing and enjoyable. Having access to a games room and pool for my kids was amazing. If they had their way, they would’ve been in the pool every day for many hours. It was lovely being able to have the pool to ourselves so it did not restrict us by impeding on anyone else else’s Swim. As we are all keen swimmers for us more access to the pool for longer periods would have made it fantastic for us and we weren’t aware at the time of booking that it was bookable...

"The cottage was spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool, games room and tennis courts which were on site. There did seem to be a slight overload of rules and reminders, but we did have a really lovely time, and the location was ideal for trips out to the north Norfolk coast."

"Given good directions to property. Instructions for parking and accessing the property out of reception hours were easy to follow. Fakenham not too far away for grocery shop. WiFi was not terribly good but the whole area around there seems to be much the same. We didn’t use the leisure facilities as we were only on a short break as our first visit to Norfolk. So much we wanted to see in the area. One little issue was the low flying aircraft which gave us a bit of a fright the first night...

"We had a lovely time at Cranmer Cottages.
The play area for the children was fabulous, safe and very big!
The tennis courts were in great condition and we enjoyed playing on them
The swimming pool was fantastic - perfect for young children - and the timetable system worked very well
The cottages worked well for 2 groups - and we all managed to eat together in Swallow's Nest
The lounge area was comfortable
The only criticism I'd have was that some of the bedrooms were smaller than we expected...

"This is a good base . Very comfortable, well appointed and has the addition of a great hot tub nicely tucked away at the rear. We felt the fridge facilities was inadequate as it was too small and made difficult to keep enough product chilled. Good sized bathroom but shower not 4*.Bed very comfortable ,heating adequate. The couple that own the bungalow are very nice and will always help out if needed."
