"Incredible hospitality! We were staying for a friends wedding at the venue and the team could not do enough for you. We arrived early morning and asked if we could leave our cases whilst we headed into Bangor - within seconds the receptionist and housekeeping manager were scouting out which rooms were readily available - we were given an upgraded room and able to check in immediately. "This is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast. From the amazing complimentary cheese plate and wine and drinks on arrival to the fireplace and park views, the toiletries and soaps were also divine! I wanted to move right in!!! "

"We were so impressed by this hotel. Fabulous room, very comfortable and spacious. The pool was great but mostly it was the welcoming and accommodating staff who made our visit so special. They were so helpful. We got room service instead of eating in the restaurant and it was fabulous. The Operations Manager who was on firing the evening of our visit made it such an easy process and the food was delicious. "

"Luxury hotel does not do this beautiful property justice. A warren of comfort as you enter. Super bar with snacks and cocktails to tempt. Bedrooms are amazing with my bed in the double room big enough to be classed as a small island. Wish i was staying longer to avail of the spa but definitely next time."

"Stayed in a standard room which was very comfortable & view was actually quite nice. Didn’t have breakfast, but had pre-dinner drinks out on the terrace which over looks the river, which was lovely & bar area was fab. We were going to an event at the SSE Arena, so this was very convenient for the location & within walking distance of the venue. "

"The hotel was great all around. Great room, spacious, excellent water pressure in shower. The hotel staff were courteous and accommodating. A five minute walk from city hall and city center. Bus to and from Dublin stop half a block from the hotel. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. "
