1. Can we atleast make sure towels are there in the room? I had to go to the front desk to get multiple times just to get the towels. 2. The WiFi was so poor. There is no WiFi info in the room. May be a barcode would have helped a bit. 3. Stayed in the hotel room for three nights, the housekeeping didn’t showed up one time. 4. Th room phone was not even working. They could hear my voice while calling multiple times. 5. I could hear people walking throughout the night on the floor above so couldn’t have good sleep either. 6. The door luck was hard to open using the key card. We found out the handle had to be pulled upwards to open instead of downwards. I saw not only us but every new guest struggling to even open the room.
