"Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in). A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming. Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking...

"Perfect place for our one night stop over when travelling through Norfolk. Exeptionally clean, friendly hosts and well stocked kitchen. Good tv, comfy bed. For a longer stay, we might have wanted to be more central. But a perfect place to travel out from by car."

"Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. "

It’s modern and comfortable and overlooks fields so completely private with hot tub, fire pit and bbq all ready to use The Nags Head pub does good food and is walking distance. "Great location, handy for getting around Norwich and the grater Norfolk area, only downside was the parking, no fault of the properties but it can get expensive paying £10-£20 per day for parking. House was clean, beds were comfy. Maybe more tea towels & toilet roll could be provided but theres nothing stopping people bringing their own if needed"

"The apartment was brilliant, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The only compendium we have sighted in our 3 month trip, was a wealth of information. Brilliant location in the heart of Norwich. Property management super responsive and helpful, highly recommend. "

"Very modern. Clean nice decor. Loved having a washing machine especially after 4 weeks of travel. Just a few practical issues. Both taps in the kitchen ran hot. Our bath towels must have shrunk in the wash. They were barely bigger than our hand towel. Internet kept dropping out when there were more people staying. Shower base was very slippery. "

"The property is great - very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Communication with AirNorfolk was quick and easy as well, and the check-in couldn't have been easier.The location is the possible sticking point. It's convenient to a lot of things, it has a lovely view of the river below, but as others have mentioned it can be noisy. The property description is very clear that this may be the case, and it certainly was on the Friday/Saturday nights that we stayed. Our issues may have been made...
