"This place a marvelous!! Very nice and clean!! The scenery of nature that I experienced when waking up was very refreshing!!"

"Property was as advertised. We needed to stay somewhere close for our daughters graduation at Fairfield and this worked great. It was a short 10 minute drive to campus. Good value for the money. Thank you."

"Lovely studio in downtown...despite being downtown. Owner was very receptive Studio had everything we needed such as sundry items...coffee pods, sugar, salt pepper and earplugs...to drown out the load seagulls. Short walk to the Ampitheater. Classic art deco buildings along the walk and quite few decent restaurants"

"Was the perfect spot for a small group in town for a wedding! One bathroom but made it work with 6 of us just fine. Great location with lots of good spots in walking distance. "

"The property was incredible and the house was spacious and well-appointed. It would be beneficial to have more information about the use of appliances included in the manual as the house is very modern and some of the operation of some of the kitchen appliances (sink, microwave and dishwasher) were not particularly intuitive. The house was spacious, comfortable, unassuming and absolutely lovely! "

"I had a wonderful week with my family at this beautiful house. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. The decor was tasteful, the kitchen was well-equipped, the beds very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the Sound from the upper floors and the beach was literally a 2 minute walk from the house. The property manager made himself available for anything we might need during our stay. We would definitely rent this property again."

"This property is absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean. The host was very attentive to my questions before and after check in. The host checked on my family during our stay. The yard, the porches, and the entire interior are so cozy and comfortable. The check in and check out processes were smooth. The neighborhood is quiet. I am already looking forward to going back! Definitely recommend the Beechmont House"

"Loved everything about this place! Plenty of space for everyone, great location four minutes from the commuter train, having offstreet parking was a huge blessing! So much good I could say about this property, communication was wonderful, and having a laundromat just steps down the street was perfect for a laundry refresh in our trip! The neighborhood is quiet yet close to everything and well kept!"
