"Staff didn't speak english well. It took 2 different people and someone of the phone with them to check us in. When we got into our room, we found that there wasn't a door to the bathroom (wasn't designed for a door at all). It reminded me of a detention center room. The towels weren't clean and about the size of a dish towel. It took my entire body weight to get the front door to close fully. We found bugs crawling in the blinds after getting in. We didn't even unpack. We found another hotel...

"What was worse? The FIRST floor room’s window that was left open& wouldn’t shut, the stink bugs crawling on the wall, the mold growing on the bathroom wall, or the leftover food still remaining in the fridge from a previous guest? It’s hard to tell. What is for sure, is the disappointment in this place being backed by “Choice”. That’s a brand we usually trust. "

"It was a pleasure staying here. It was a two-week stay, and I felt right at home. The neighbors were very friendly—the only exception was one day that got a bit out of hand; I apologize for that. 100% recommended; I would definitely book it again."

"The staff was pleasant over all! There was only 1 wash cloth for 2 people and when we requested another one they never brought it until we asked again the second day. There were spots on the toilet and the floor. There was half of a roll of toilet paper and no extra so we had to ask for that too. The locks on the outside doors were very loose and almost falling off. Over all it works in a pinch but I will probably stay somewhere else next time. "

"We got our room, door was opened. Our bed wasn’t made nor was trash taken out. We notified the front and it wasn’t going to be done for another 20-30 minute. After our first night we noticed the smoke detector was wrapped in plastic which is a fire hazard. We didn’t want to touch it. "

"Older building but clean and nice beds. Showers worked well and clean towel. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Price is reasonable even for big events."

"Staff was overworked due to the final four but she seemed kind. The rooms are in sore need of a renovation—peeling paint, terrible water pressure (barely a trickle from the shower if a toilet has been flushed or if neighboring units are using water). Paying over $240 for this room was a lot for what it was."

"Property seemed to be in a safe residential area. Not the cleanest place but not super dirty either. It’s an okay place to stay if you need to spend the night but not sure I’d recommend it over other nicer hotels. The place could use some improvement but overall I don’t regret staying here."
